I got this hand exerciser for my mother-in-law and it works great. It’s easy to use, comfortable to hold, and helps strengthen her fingers and hands. She says it’s really helping with stiffness and grip strength. The resistance feels just right and the build quality is solid. It’s also small enough to carry around and use anywhere. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

this was amazing. i fractured my hand and my therapist recommended this, and it worked well for me

I like using the product, but 2 of the red rubber bands snapped within the first two days of using it and i can see another fraying. I'd like to get a set of replacements (at a reasonable price), but can't find them anywhere online. I may be able to use some random rubber bands, but it would be good to get replacements so that I can work to the same resistance.

This is an edit I originally gave this piece of kit five stars after I used it for a couple of days. However, after I used it for a few days more the red vans started popping/breaking in the relatively short time I have used it I have had two red bands and one yellow band break and I see no opportunities to order additional bands. Much more comfortable and effective than the upside-down V squeezers. The tension is across the whole hand. As good as the forearm machine at the gym

I had a stroke two years ago, and I still have lingering weakness in one of my hands. I tried one of the other grip strengthener a with the adjustable dial, but I needed something that I could really stretch out my hand. This is terrific! Yes, it's cheap plastic. No, it likely won't stand up to much abuse. However, it's very well designed, and it has limiting clips for smaller hands so you don't have to stretch your hand as far. The elastics are very thick and effective, and are held securely. My only gripe is the foam grip isn't the best, but again I will direct your attention to the price! Recommended, especially if you really want to stretch your hand out as you strengthen your grip.

Great for my home PT for my broken hand

I've only been using it a few days, but a few hours each of those days, and I have replaced a couple of elastics but I bought stronger ones so we'll see. I would it recommend it as an inexpensive way to go.
