Source Naturals Pycnogenol Supreme, Berry & Botanical Antioxidant Complex* - 60 Tablets

I am 60 yrs old and it starting to show, About the 1st. of August I started taking Pycnogenol Supreme w/L-Arginine and Grape Seed Extract with MultiPlex vitamins ,recommened dosage I doubled at 2X's a day morning and afternoon , also took a whole squeesed lemon and 1/8 tsp of baking soda and 1 teaspoon sole (saturated saline solution) 2X a day being deluted in 4 oz. of water and drank it. I was told that this was cleaning and restoring my veins ( especially deep vein congestion) from years of alcohol drinking and eating unhealthy foods. I am being over seen by a top notch Kinesiologist and she told I would need to keep this up for about 2 months. I already have noticed a difference so has my wife after a work day I have been cutting firewood for the last several days for 2-4 hours a day also working on the honey due list. Also I was suffering from ED which is what got me started in the first place and so far everything is cooperating like it did in my younger days. If you are going to try this please see a Kinesiologist first to see what the problem is. It is better than being in that medical train that could turn you in to a train wreck. These pills are not too big and easy to swallow. Be aware that the serving size is supposed to be 2 tablets, so if you buy 30 it will only last for about 2 weeks. I purchased this to help with a skin issue called rosacea, as it is listed in the book Prescription for Nutritional Healing by Phyllis Balch for this problem. Pycnogenol is a powerful antioxidant with many benefits. This particular product has quite a few other antioxidants, and I wish amazon would provide nutritional labels. Very happy with these. They have awesome ingredients that help with what I am needing. No nasty aftertaste or anything. Very pleased and will continue to purchase.

Took the whole bottle as directed and felt no effects on my stiffness in the morning. Or even later at night. I didn't feel better in any other way. Sometimes the effects take time, if so they should make a 120 or more pill count. So if you are getting this to help with ED better go with something way stronger. I must admit the berry flavor was fine. Unlike some pills where you get a bad after taste, ad breath or upset stomach these were fine to take.

I started taking this because I heard that the Pycnogenol can act to reduce blood pressure. I was already taking HCTZ which reduced my systolic pressure by about 10mmHg. Adding the Pycnogenol reduced my systolic pressue another 15mmHg bringing me to 120 / 70. I take one tablet twice a day. That comes to about 50 cents a day. It is an inexpensive and effective way to control my pressure. This is a good alternative to the harsh medications that my doctor would have prescribed. YMMV

Love Pycnogenol Supreme. Has a lot of the Polyphenols and Anti-Oxidants that I've been looking for in one capsule.

I was initially very excited by this pill. I take several antioxidants which I usually get from Swanson Vitamins. This had all of them plus many more and it is a great price. Unfortunately, I found these very difficult to swallow. They are large caplets. Mine measure 23mm x 10 mm. I had an terrible time trying to swallow these so they are going in the trash. I think they need to redesign this pill, either smaller or smoother. If you have any difficulty with swallowing pills, this is not for you.
