Great as a sweetener in cocktails!
I solely used this to create maple cardamom old-fashioneds and it is a terrific fall/winter cocktail flaboring with cardamom bitters. Too bad I can't seem to find it any longer. I had to buy cardamom pods so I can now make my own.

Delectable!
This is the best maple syrup I’ve ever consumed. I bought my first bottle infused with jasmine tea at a big green egg festival. The taste was delicate pure delight. I put it in coffee on fruit and took shots of it straight. The next one I purchased from amazon and it was cardamom infused. This is spicy exotic and I’ve used it in angel food cake and of course tried it straight. From now on this is my maple syrup-the real stuff!

Great flavoring for coffee
We went to Vermont and heard about Runamok maple syrup but didn't realize there are so many flavor available. This cardamom infused flavor is by far our favorite. It is now a morning staple in our coffee.

So Good!
If you love cardamom, you'll enjoy this. I've been looking forward to trying it ever since I first saw it in a local shop where my son attends college in Vermont. It has a more delicate maple flavor than the Dark Amber maple syrup I'm so fond of, but the subtleness of the light maple allows the cardamom to shine through. I'm so glad I ordered it. Will definitely order again.

Excellent quality, interesting flavor
I use this as the sweetener in my milk heavy, iced coffee drinks and it is very delicious. This company makes super high quality products and I love all the ones I've tried, but it's hard to pice a favorite. Buy a sampler. No regrets
