Please, are the arms adjustable? Are the handles for doing leg lifts long enough for proper grip and are those sturdy?

Hello, yes the arms are adjustable. I'm 5'8". The handles are long enough and sturdy enough for proper grip when I'm doing leg lifts. I do need to mention that I purchased the power tower without the pads. I can still do leg lifts effectively but it is definitely uncomfortable without the pads. I also want to mention that the tower itself is pretty light weight so I have to be careful to use the tower with proper form with every exercise. If I jerk the tower really hard, it will tip over. I personally haven't had an issue with the tower tipping over. I'm satisfied overall. It's been a great addition to my home gym.

Can you isolate biceps on the power tower? i see the rings and strings but i do not see a demonstration of any bicep exercises.
