I purchased this glass hot water kettle on February 1, 2025, and my family has been using it every day since. We absolutely love it! I also decided to wait about a year before writing this review to see how it would hold up over time. *After daily, continuous use, it has proven to be reliable and durable* It is very easy to fill thanks to the wide opening at the top. I recommend following the instructions and running a few boiling cycles after unpacking to clean it properly. The blue glow is a nice touch, especially in the evening when it is darker. It looks really beautiful while the water is boiling. The kettle heats up quickly and is very simple to use. You can see the water start heating almost immediately, and once it reaches a boil, it shuts off automatically. There is nothing you need to do beyond pouring the water. *One interesting feature* is that if you lift the kettle while it is on, the ON button does not reset. When you place it back on the base, it continues heating the water. With other kettles I have used, lifting them would reset the button and the kettle would turn off. Some may find this annoying, while others will find it convenient. It really depends on what you are used to. I use filtered water at home, so the taste is clean, with no strange odor or flavor. With other kettles, I sometimes noticed a plastic taste, but not with this one. If small spots appear at the bottom, using white vinegar works well. I usually boil it with vinegar and then rinse it a few times with cold water. Overall, this is a great product, and I definitely recommend it!

I bought this as part of a gift for my mother-in-law. A snack basket that included hot cocoa and chia tea mixes were included. This pot is the perfect size, heats quickly and features an automatic shut off when it reaches temperature (which was an important safety feature for me). It also looks good on had counter and was a great value. She loves it and I am thinking of upgrading my smaller goose neck kettle to this one.

Loved this teapot. But it stopped working almost exactly 6 months after I got it.

I purchased this as gift for making tea. It's received high praise for being very nice looking and easy to use. So much so that I broke out my old Aeropress and have been using it on the sly for making a late-afternoon pick-me-up the last couple of weeks. My experience tracks: it heats the water up quickly, and is much better than using a kettle on the stove or heating up water in the microwave. I'm impressed with it's speed and the pouring spout is a nice touch to get the hot water exactly where you want it. I would add one watch-out with the pouring spout: it is glass and it does stick out enough to be functional. I've been pretty butterfingers with things lately so I have to be very aware when filling it not to bump it against the side of the sink. But, that's not a design law or a knock against the product at all, just a note of be careful with it!

As advertised. Arrived early. Two good categories. This comment pertains to a second kettle upon the first one that gave up after a year + of daily use. This second unit didn't stop the electricity when it was clicked off (switch down) after one week of use. That means the water keeps boiling, getting hotter and hotter until the entire handle is burning hot. Now, it emits a burnt plastic odor from the on-off switch during operation. To stop the electricity, the kettle must be removed AND kept off of the base compent. This kettle can't be trusted for (1) longevity or (2) boiling properly: making very risky to use. 1st pic shows the heating light on but the switch is off. 2nd pic shows the heating light off if removed from the base. I can't show the electrical, plastic odor. 3rd pic is a third kettle bought at the same time as #2 that cannot be trusted. I get the hint after two attempts. You have been warned.

Have had this kettle for nearly 3 years now, it gets used almost every day 4 or 5 times (we are avid tea fans) and it is still going strong and looks good. Usually our kettles only lasted about 9 to 12 months with that kind of use, the cut off switch at the top of the kettle is important (the previous kettles had the switch near the bottom and that was what would always fail). Was so impressed with this we brought a spare just in case they stopped making it

I loved this kettle. It boils water quickly for my morning cups of coffee. ( or tea) Electric is better vs stove top due to quickness of bringing water to a boil. The kettle is light in weight, easy to clean, and its durability lasted quite a long time before it stopped. I was so upset and couldnt wait to order another kettle from Amazon for my morning cups of coffee. . its appealing, when being used to make tea, or instant coffee, or to quicken a pot if boiling pot if water to cook pasta.

Can be used upstairs so no need to go downstairs to make the morning cuppa. Neat and good pourer. No complaints at the moment.

I don't don't know what to do. It took a long time to arrive, but I wasn't in the country so when I arrived and opened the box to use it, the plug was for America and it didn't fit the India standard plug.

Bonita tetera, Moderna, fácil de usar. Bastante rápida pata hervir... Pero justo have un año las compre y justo se descompuso y ya no quiso prender. Bastante cara pata que te de solo un año de uso. Y ni como reclamar o pedir garantía.
