I have had this on my pillow for hmm 6 monthsish (amazon says I bought it in April), with no discernible effects. Granted, I had a polycotton pillowcase on top because autistic sensory issues mean the fabric feels like sandpaper on my face, even though it feels lovely to my hands.After watching a few earthing documentaries and wondering if mine was actually grounded, as well as thinking maybe it would work better if it was direct skin contact, I put it in my craft studio and rested my bare feet on it while working for the last few days. Rather than use the socket again I thought I'd cut out the middleman so I stuck the probe straight into the earth outside. As soon as I put my feet on it, like immediately, I felt a really nice tingling sensation in the soles of my feet, but I honestly thought it was either in my head or maybe just because of sitting down after walking around in the heat of the day. I never truly thought I'd be able to FEEL anything from the earthing anywhere near that fast I just wanted the long term health benefits.This is the only new thing I have added to my routine in the last few days and my VO2 MAX readings from my little walks to the shop in the village have gone up 3 digits. I am now 0.3 away from a HIGH VO2 MAX reading for my age group. I have never had a high reading and am not a very active person at all. It's fairly indicative of my body being able to utilise oxygen more efficiently, you'd have to assume!I am currently lying on my sofa with my lower legs tucked inside the pillowcase and the probe in the flowerbed outside the patio doors. I started off with them on the pillowcase and again experienced the tingling but all the way up the back of my calves this time where they were in contact with the pillowcase, so I googled to see if this was a common thing with earthing (which would indicate to me that it's working - difficult for it to be a placebo effect since I wasn't expecting it to happen and actually thought the product might be a dud like so many reviewers have said). Apparently the tingling is a sign of improving circulation and since I have had circulation problems a-go-go in my legs, that's pretty good as far as I'm concerned!I would absolutely recommend this product but would caveat that it does only seem to work when directly connected to the actual ground outside. I do live in an old house with old sockets though so maybe the issue is there. I plan to buy one for a friend who suffers from arthritis to give her for her birthday. I am absolutely a convert to earthing now!I can't speak to sleep quality improvement as yet, I can never sleep in this heat and I didn't sleep on/with it last night. I plan to do so tonight, however, so I will see if there's any change!

I bought the first one, didn’t feel any difference. Got a voltmeter and tested everything.The pillowcase itself had continuity, as did the adapter and the button connector but the cable doesn’t.I bought a second with the intention of returning the first, but that one was exactly the same.I can’t understand why they can’t include a decent cable! I was really hoping to find something that works but it seems like all these products have the same type of cable

I took a chance buying this as I thought it might be a fad. Amazing…aches and pains have gone away, sleeping so well. Maybe it’s placebo but it’s working for me. Just bought another one for my husband!

This product does work and the benefits of it are incredible. Even sitting in your garden for an hour with bare feet on the grass has a massive health benefit.No you wont feel a buzzing like superman or change into a ballerina the next day or weeks. It just doesn’t work like that. Take a few moments and research earthing and grounding. We did it thousands of years ago. It’s been scientifically proven. So please for the people who give one star saying it doesn’t work. You are wrong just have patience.
