BRILLIANT GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY BUILD STRENGTH IN YOUR WRISTS AND FINGERS
Read some of the reviews. I bought it and tried it now sent away for another one as I think they cheap, but well made, good for building strength in the wrists, fingers and it helps with my Arthritis in my right hand, and my left hand was fractured due to me hitting a break wall silly accident. It helps and no pain what so ever I thought ok I'll send away for another one and work both hands at the same time building up my gripping strength again. Good quality, well-made light weight not heavy, easily to screw inwards to tighten the the grip. I have it at 54 left hand is a lot weaker so want it uyp to the same as of now it is just below 28 I will gradually build it up over time, but they handy to have. I take them when I am going to London on the plane as it gives me something to do strengthen up my wrists and fore-arm. Very easy to a just, fits my hands ok, very good build quality would recommend it to everyone and it is a steal great value for money and where could anyone go wrong with these just what I need to build my grip and given me more strength in my wrists and fore-arms.

Good little bit of kit
Spend a lot of time at home working so this is perfect for when I’m in meetings or calls as I can work on my grip strength at the same time as not getting frustrated with clients haha. In all seriousness, it’s super effective at increasing grip strength and has option to increase or decrease the resistance which I really like

Solid product, good value, arrived on time. Good range of resistance. Currently recuperating after 4 weeks in hospital so needed something useable after muscle loss but with scope to use as strength returns. This fits the bill nicely, so pleased with purchase.
