NIV, Adventure Bible, Paperback, Full Color

This is a great Bible for a young child who is ready for a "real" Bible. The illustrations and extra explanatory blurbs are great for making the text understandable for a beginner. We purchased this as a gift for a friend of my son's who wanted his own Bible and it was a great choice.

There are a lot of reviews on here written as if the Bible were a children's story, and as Christians we know it is not. For those of you looking to truly enhance your child's understanding of the Bible as written, this is a great book to start with. It is a perfect next step, whether they are reading on their own, or with you (we read it with our 6 yo). It is paired down for clarity and understanding, but the content is not watered down, and it's a great transition, and study tool to help young believers dive into the word of God.

Love the Bible’s we received. They are gifts to families in our area. Half the shipment arrived as expected, second half came a few days later—the only hiccup.

I was surprised to find that many reviewers were upset at the contents and wanted a censored Bible... We ordered 2 as both of our kids in private school needed a copy for chapel and class. Both kids LOVE this Bible and it is a great complement to the KJV that we use at church. Full color and fun illustrations make it engaging for kids.

I love the fact that this Bible has the books of the Bible at the top! Some kids Bibles do not have this, and are more like story books. This is the perfect Bible if you are looking for a Bible to help teach your child where the books of the Bible are located! It is in great condition, and my Bible club kids are going to be so thrilled!

This Bible is easy to read and with clarity. I am a man in my 50's and enjoy this book. It's a good book for all ages.

Purchase as a Gift. This Bible is the best beginners bible. I have one for my Daughter and she loves it. It provides so much information that keeps your child interested in learning more. Lots of visuals and amazing explanation of scriptures and learning materials. This Bible come highly Recommended. Once your child opens this bible, I guarantee they will spend up to one hour or more in the bible pages.
