Can I use this ink with koh-i-knoor rapidographs?

Yes you can use this ink. I would suggest you only use this brand of ink in your pens. KOH-I-NOOR ink comes in quite a variety of colors as well.

Ad says "transparent" Huh???? Who wants to see through their ink??? Is it truly not opaque?

I'm not sure why it says transparent. It's not white paint, but it's pretty opaque in my experience. It's the best white ink I've found. Sometimes I mix white gauche in to get it to be more opaque.
