GOOD WHITE POWDER STEVIA---ORGANIC NON GMO, NO FILLERS!
Let me preface this review by saying that I only use Stevia in coffee and tea. Therefore, I have no idea how well this product works for baking and cooking. Having used this product for several months, I think it is great overall. Of course, the Stevia products that have fillers taste better and are supposedly less bitter. However, they are simply not good for you. I actually think this Stevia Select tastes better than Truvia. For me, locating and purchasing Stevia has been a process. After being told by my nutritionist that Splenda and all artificial sweetners were not good for my health, I started using Truvia and Stevia in the Raw. After reading the ingredients, I realized that Truvia, Stevia in the Raw, and products like it were. not only processed, but full of fillers.. So I began searching for the "purest perfect" Stevia sweetner. In my opinion, the taste and sweetness of this Stevia Select product is great----certainly better than damaging your health with a lot of fillers, many of which are just another form of sugar. This product is also Organic ---Non GMO. Since it is a white powder, it IS processed. However, according to the seller, they do not use chemicals. The seller previously stated that Stevia Select was grown in Paraguay. However, unfortunately, now they indicate that it is also grown in China. After doing considerable research, the only Organic Stevia that is totally "PURE" and unprocessed is a GREEN powder (basically the actual Stevia leaf ground up into a powder). Reviewers have said that it colors coffee and tea green, is less sweet, and has a different less pleasant taste. However, this green unprocessed power is the ONLY pure Stevia. So like me, consumers must decide if they are more concerned about health or the best tasting product. I gave this 5 stars since I believe it is the best tasting white powder Stevia and I have tried many. It is also probably healthier than most white powders, since it is Organically grown, no fillers, and although processed, not chemically processed. Since I try to put health benefits FIRST and taste second, I am currently looking into the best Organically grown Raw, unprocessed Green powder (ground Stevia) from the plant. I realize I will have to sacrifice sweetness and taste. So, bottom line, if you are looking for a good tasting and pretty healthy "white" powder Stevia, I think overall this is a good product. If anyone out there has tried the Raw Organic Green Stevias and have found a favorite, let me know. Hope this review is helpful. UPDATE---Since, this review, I tried the Organic GREEN RAW STEVIA powder---used it twice and tossed it. Although healthy, it has a weed-like taste that totally ruined the taste of my coffee and tea.

Best Stevia available and only one really from South America - not China!
Just ordered again!!! Best Pure Stevia. we have been looking for alternatives to splenda and after trying Truvia and PureVia my wife and I were looking for pure stevia to eliminate the fillers. After quite a bit of research we wanted a product that was not from China (no quality control and no confidence you'll get what's advertised without an unwanted extra - like lead in milk...) and one that was processed in the most healthiest way. Many products don't list where they are from but with some digging they were all from China! These are the ONLY Stevia products that are from South America that we could find (there may be more but every other brand is from China and I looked thoroughly at over 20 other "pure stevia" products - many of which still had fillers). So we tried this one. Glad we did! We've been using this Pure Stevia for about 2 weeks and are very pleased. It tastes much better than PurVia's Stevia which has a significant aftertaste. It's better than Truvia also and after seeing how little Pure Stevia is needed it;s obvious that Truvia is mostly fillers - which really defeats the purpose of trying to eliminate the fillers, additives... If you're used to the extreme sweetness of splenda, which I was, it may take a little to get used to the change (but even real sugar seems not sweet compared to splenda) but I found within a couple days I was using this stevia exclusively. I sometimes notice a very mild aftertaste and as I figure out exactly how much to use this is becoming even less noticeable. The tip to just poke a small hole through the safety seal is the way to go! It's not messy and easy to use. It just takes a little getting used to to get the amount right. This is extremely concentrated so a little goes a long way! Glad I tried the dual pack because I took the 2nd one to work. I'm looking to trying it in cooking. Bottom line - this is the best, purest, safest Pure Stevia product! Enjoy!

The Best Sweetner
This is my second bottle. I really love this stuff. SUPER SWEET. You only need a little. It comes with a spoon that is very small (1/32 of a tsp I think) and I use that little tiny spoon full in each cup of coffee. Works well in hot cereal too. I'm sure you can use it pretty much wherever you use sugar. This time I cut open the left side and will use the little flip lid for the spoon (I just took off the whole lid on my first bottle each time) so that I can try poking a small hole in the shaker side. Might be nice to be able to just shake a small amount out. Here is what I was looking for in a Stevia product, and what I found in this extract. 1) No Bitter After Taste. I've tried other Stevia in the past, and they almost always had a bitter after taste. There is no bitter after taste on this product. 2) No fillers! I don't want fillers or maltodextrin (created from starch). Just pure Stevia. It's harder to find than I thought. Even Stevia in the raw is not pure. 3) Zero carbs, Zero Calories If it is pure, it should have no carbs or calories in it. 4) Not From China I'd prefer it to be grown in the USA, but I'll settle for Paraguay. 5) Great taste I'd settle for less than great taste if I had to, but luckily I didn't have to. I love the taste of this Stevia extract. I can't believe people would think this to be expensive. My first bottle lasted our family 11 months. (I love that Amazon tells you when you ordered a product). So yeah, fourteen dollars (or whatever it is going for today) may seem a little high, but if it lasts you nearly a year like it did me, then it's only a little over a buck for a whole month. I don't have any problems with my blood sugar, but I've been told that Stevia (if it is pure and free from fillers) should not make your blood sugar go up at all. So that's always a plus.

Whoa! If you haven't tried this, you're missing out!
Stevia powder-Pure Stevia Extract-Stevia Select 4 oz. Bulk Stevia-Perfect Sugar Substitute Extracted From Sweet Leaf of Stevia-Best tasting Guaranteed! If you're like me, you research things into the ground before making your final selection. I am an avid user of stevia. My stevia adventure began with Now brand. The taste was bitter and I was certain eating raw lemon peels would have been a better experience than using Now Stevia.I hated it. I swore I would never, ever use stevia again if it was the last thing I did. I had one problem, I love sweet tea and I started cutting sugars and excess carbs out of my diet. It sent me looking for something that wasn't a chemical concoction. I tried Sweet Leaf brand, but again, that left a bitter taste in my mouth and it was a bit on the weak side. I then tried Trader Joe's brand, but I wasn't certain where they sourced their stuff from. It also bothered me a little that it foams when you mix it in your drink. I did some research and here is what I like about Stevia Select: 1. Their product is NOT sourced from China. 2. Their customer service is really fast with replies. 3. They are a small business with transparency that I have not gotten from other companies. I had hoped they were as good as what their website made them out to be. I can tell you, I was not disappointed at all! I wanted to taste test my new brand against Trader Joe's brand of stevia. I did not want to be biased so I had two glasses of tea poured into cups and I left the room and told my husband to put four spoons of stevia (the little ones that come with them) of stevia in the same amount of tea and I would do a blind tasting. Here's what I noticed: 1. The Trader Joe's brand had foam in it, The Stevia Select did not. 2. The Stevia Select brand was so sweet from the amount that I normally put in with Trader Joes that I almost wanted to throw it out. (This sounds negative, trust me, it isn't. I was just surprised at how PURE their product was. AMAZING!!!) 3. The Stevia Select upon inspection and feel was more the consistency of powdered sugar, whereas Trader Joe's felt kind of flakey. Summary of Findings: Stevia Select is the best of what I've tried. Though their price looks higher than other brands; their product is more concentrated (I'll be using a LOT less than other brands, more savings in the long run) and it is even cheaper if you take the plunge and splurge for the 4 oz. bag. The taste is wonderfully sweet without an aftertaste. I'm completely sold. Try it, you won't regret it.

Perfect product, container design needs adjusted.
Stevia Select sent me their product promptly and came well packaged. The design of the container is satisfactory, but who buys a product for the stuff you throw away, I buy it for what is in it. It does not come with a mini spoon, which would be very valuable. (After contacting the company, they will be in the bottles in mid-April). There is two sides to their lid. One is a half lid which is great for scoops, but the other is large enough to fit a pepper corn through. It would be nice if it was the size of a salt shaker hole, but the company said that would not be possible. They suggest to use a toothpick to poke little hole in it. This does work well. This is the only reason I am giving the product a 4star instead of a 5star review is the lid. It is not on the packaging that I saw, but that is what they said in an email that I sent to them. Since I bought two, I am using one to sprinkle and the other one to scoop since I already opened the first one. The customer service is out of this world. I have had to contact them a few times and I ALWAYS get a quick and timely response, sometimes even late at night. The product is where it is at though. Many stevia companies are going across the globe to China to receive their stevia, however this company gets their stevia from South America. What’s the difference? A LOT!!! Most companies a few years got theirs from South America, but China undercut them, so to save a few pennies they switched their products AND their formulas. The leaves that stevia is processed from are a great ALL natural sweetener. However, China’s leaves will most likely leave a bitter taste in your mouth. This is not the case with this product at all. I did not taste the slightest hint of bitterness. The product does exactly what it is supposed to do, sweeten without the sugar or unhealthy unnatural artificial chemicals that are sweet. You can tell it is not sugar, but it is still sweet with no aftertaste. The uses are endless. I can put it in water, make lemonade with it, bake with it (though I suggest to get the stuff with maltodextrine if you are baking), teas, yogurts, and as far as your imagination takes you. If you don’t have an imagination, their E-book is a great tool! Pros: NO BITTERNESS!!! Good flavor Good serving suggestion size-they suggest 1/32 tsp though it is not on their packaging yet. They said they might do it in the future after I suggested it. Great for travel Great versatility No aftertaste Cons: First the lid side with holes is WAY too big for a concentrate. It should be the size of a salt shaker so it doesn't pour out. The other thing is that there is no comparison to real sugar and how must to use on the product. After review most say either 1/16 or 1/32 of a tsp=1tsp of sugar. Most people don't have any idea how much that is and most spoons go only to 1/4 tsp. It would be nice to get a 1/16 or 1/32 (I would suggest a 1/32 so it would be easier to double than give a half spoon) cheap plastic spoon to be put inside the container. Again the company said they were going to start including them in April at some point. Other than that, I do not find any cons.

I’ll never go back to sugar!
Did you know most of the packet stevia products are cut with white sugar? This stuff is so pure and so strong. It comes with the cutest , tiniest scoop, and don’t use more than one scoop because it is super sweet, a little bit is all you need. Amazing stuff.

Superior Product but Recent Orders Have Leaky Lids
This is a superior Stevia product with no fillers or cutters like other Stevia products advertise even if they say they are organic. This Stevia does not have a yucky aftertaste and it’s minimum 90% pure. The issue after buying several bottles, is the last two have been leaking from the lid. I couldn’t find a way on this product listing to contact the manufacturer so I contacted Amazon and they provided a refund. I hope the manufacturer reads this review and fixes the issue with the lid. It’s not worth the cost when so much of it is leaking out every time the lid is opened. Again this is not about the product itself because there’s nothing better on the market for a diabetic, especially. It’s about the lids that have been leaking lately. I tried transferring the Stevia to a different bottle I had but it’s like fairy dust and was a disaster! It’s very lightweight! I really hope this issue gets fixed with the lid.

Better than I hoped.
This stuff is potent. I normally take two heaping teaspoons of raw sugar into the enormous cup of coffee pictured, so it's probably closer to 3tsps of raw sugar, technically. Now, I'm using about 1.5 'smidgen' scoops per mega mug. Anything more is too sweet for me. I never really liked Stevia. I'd tolerate it while trying to reduce my sugar intake, but it always tasted pretty bitter-sweet and kind-of terrible. The difference seems to be that the other types I've had always contained various additives... Some that I was even allergic to which ultimately led to me discarding the much cheaper and larger quantities. This though, while the container is about the size of your regular spice rack seasoning stuff, and the stevia powder becomes packed in the container (you're not being ripped off, the dust settles!), leaving it to appear just above half full... The amount you'll actually need of THIS stevia is very little. I felt a little nervous paying $20 for something like this thinking I'd probably hate it too, but if you really think of ALL the potential benefits here... It's worth it to try. To me. And the cost ensured I'll give it a proper chance, Lol. This is a great pure and natural sweetener that does what it's supposed to and really doesn't have that leading brand 'bad' taste. It's not sugar, so don't expect it to taste like it. Absolutely, I enjoy it the more I use it. I think I'll buy it again. 🙂

Small size bottle sent! Feel cheated.
The wrong size was sent and there is no recourse because it can not be returned. First order i received the right size this one was only 28 grams not 35grams. I love this product but do not like to be cheated! Very disappointed

Bon produit
La petite cuillère aide beaucoup à bien mesurer la quantité de stevia à prendre…!

Very sweet, without the erythritol!
It's extremely sweet, at first. After using it daily in my coffee, i'm tasting it less and less. It also tend to clump and be hard to mix. If you leave it it will end up dissolving on it's own, but it's kind of weird to mix it. I guess if you use it on occasion it's an amazing sweetener, but i'm getting desensitized after a while.
