Hi, sorry about the delay. Mine just arrived today...the jacket tends to run larger than the usual Asian sizes. I think a 3x would fit comfortably and be long enough. I was really satisfied with mine. 

The sizes run pretty accurate. When I first looked at the answers to others saying to go 2 sizes up for a baggy fit, I listened and ordered the xlarge. I’m 5’1” and about 125-130 lbs. I wanted the loose fit. But xlarge was too big in me. I look like a potato in it lol. I suggest getting 1 size up which is the Large(i bought another one in that size and it fits well with a slight loose fit). If you want a perfect fit, medium would be doable I think.

Cheap made

Received one from family, after I returned the one I bought. It's kinda sweatshirt material but thinner and weird cheap texture. Still this one is LONG like what I ordered. The width is correct, my daughter is about 5'5", the jacket hangs about to her knees, it has snaps, not zipper or button
