I bought my Kensen 7D Head Shaver about a year ago and was very happy. It shaves really well and does not irritate my skin. However, at some point the seam on the shaver fell apart. I contacted the customer service. They responded within a day and after I send them the pictures of what happened then send me a new shaver. The whole interaction took only a few days I have to say that the Kensen customer service was amazing, and I only wish that more vendors had this level of dedication to their customers When time comes Kensen will definitely be my next shaver

This is the third style of bald head shavers I've owned and used. The 7D Head Shaver, KENSEN 5 in 1 Bald Head Shavers for Men is by far the best. I won't mention the first two by name because when I had them they worked fine and this review is not meant to knock them but to tell you why I like the 7D shaver better. There’s a reason for the saying “two heads are better than one.” In this case seven shaver heads are better than five or six. You really get a better shave. The battery charge indicator is helpful to know when your shaver needs to be recharged. The housing design is comfortable to hold. BONUS - I didn’t purchase this brand (or package) because of the attachments but have found them to be useful, especially the mustache and beard trimer, and the nose hair trimmer. The trimmers don’t trim as nicely as the individual trimmers I use but when traveling they do come in handy instead of logging three different items. An important thing you should consider is that, IMHO – in my humble opinion, a powered shaver does not give you the smooth shave a razor does. I have found that a power shaver gives you a close shave but you will have a very slight/little bit of fine stubble left. It’s acceptable just not perfectly smooth. So, keeping that in mind… Most shavers are rechargeable with a USB cable, they can be used while in the shower and are easy to clean; just rinse them off while in the shower. The differences are the manufacturer; design (how it fits in your hand); number of shaving heads; the battery life and customer service. The second shaver I had stopped taking a charge. The company I purchased it from immediately sent me a replacement. I was blown away and impressed. The battery life will vary slightly and wasn’t a concern with all of my purchases. Besides, being rechargeable with a USB cable you shouldn’t be to far off without a charged battery. I like mine and think you’re going to like the 7D Head Shaver, KENSEN 5 in 1 Bald Head Shavers for Men.

I bought it for my scalp and it does a good job. There is minimal stubble since it is not as close as the blade. The ease of use makes it better for me even with the trace stubble. It is okay on the face but useless for my throat. I am okay with that since I bought it for my head and have a different shaver for my face. The clipper is nice and has 3 different guards so I use it to trim my mustache. The nose and ear trimmer works well. Love the factory case which holds everything safe and secure. The battery life is good and has a digital percentage remaining indicator so no problems with the razor shutting off half way through the shave. The directions are generic so it took me a little bit to figure out how to open the heads for cleaning. Now that I know how, cleaning is quick and easy. The hinges on the blades seem fragile but have not tested their limits. The power button has a lock feature to prevent accidental powering up in your luggage. I haven't checked yet on replacement parts but should while they would be readily available. Overall I would buy it again. Since this post, the shaver just quit working in less than a year. It stopped in the middle of use with no warning. Multiple attempts to contact customer service went unanswered. Would not buy again.

After owning this for two months, its grown on me. I knew, being a razor guy for years, that I could expect a close but not baby's bottom smooth head shave. THIS little machine gets damn close though ... about 99% on MY head. I use it wet with a non-foaming shaving gel. And I just rinse the rotary under running water while shaving ... saves time from popping the head covers after each use. All the attachments do a great fast job. Especially the trimmer. With or without the guards it keeps my beard and mustache tight and trimmed with none of the hair pulling and nicks I got with my old hair clippers and razors. The travel case is soft sided but sturdy and holds everything in place... even after being bumped around in my suitcase on a couple of fights. After FINALLY figuring out (thanks YouTube!) how to remove and replace the middle shaving head, I'm giving this little shaver and kit a five star rating. Totally worth the $35 bucks I paid for it.

Doesn’t cut close at all. Gonna return it.

I have been a proud bald man for most of my adult life. As I got older I started shaving my head daily in the regular. Well I also Knick the hell out of my head from time to time using the big brand six blade razor blades. On a whim after being at work one day with a. Bald friend who said hey man you should buy this new razor I saw on Amazon it changed my life! I really trust this coworker and so I said I’ll try it. Well this current razor is a second generation of its type and they have significantly improved on the quality of this IP67 compliant cordless electric razor. I mentioned I was bald so back to that. This razor shaves my entire face and head every single morning closer than I could get with the throw away razor cartels. Trust me you’ll thank me if you can relate to the Knick’s and cuts kinda guy I USED to be!

The center head on this fell out within the first few months of using it, and would not stay in. I could never figure out a way to properly clean this since the heads cannot be disassembled. however, it did work for two years.

I ordered this on the 3rd of August & delivery was promised for the 10th. Surprise! it arrived on the 8th. (I'm in Mexico) I had previously watched various videos on its use on Youtube, so It was easy to use right away. it came 100% charged. I usually shave every other day with a razor. So far I've used it twice & both times I got a smooth shave just like with the razor. This I achieved after various passes. Cleaning was a breeze. The battery seems to die quickly but not before I am fully shaved. It takes about an hour to recharge to 100%. I've used it on my beard & I get a very smooth shave as well. Overall I'm extremely happy with the results of my head & beard. I would definitely recommend it for shaving a bald head & beard. I also love the case that it comes in.

I didn't shave for a few days, just so I could try this out. I have been shaving my head with a razor for a little over a decade, so I was a little skeptical using electric razors altogether. Since I couldn't have put a downpayment on a mortgage with the amount of money I've spent in high quality razors over the years - I wanted to try out a product like this. The result of using it for the first time is similar to using a straight razor. Sure, it take a bit more time, but it seems worth it so far! It's like a roller coaster ride for your head, but without the screaming. The blades glide effortlessly across your scalp, providing a smooth and satisfying shave. It's almost therapeutic, really. Plus, the ergonomic design ensures a comfortable grip, so you can maneuver around every nook and cranny with ease. It used about 20% of the battery life, likely because I took my sweet time (as it was the first time). I cannot comment on the charging time due to the fact that I will wait until it's actually time to charge it (for the sake of prolonging battery life). EDIT: I was accidentally a little rough when removing and cleaning the 7D shaver head, and ended up breaking a piece of it. I reached out to their customer support in order to find a way to purchase a new one from them (since it was clearly my fault) - and they ended up sending me one at no cost! Their support team was quick to respond, and more than helpful. 5 stars and above, both in quality of the product, as well as their customer service!

I purchased this product because it wasn't the cheapest. However it works like the cheapest. Worked great first time, then you have to literally stretch your scalp to try and get it to work again. Even with 100% battery it has no power. What a load of crap for $124

Good product. works like a charm. first full head shave gave me 100% satisfaction. It took less than 5mn to get a clean head. Again happy about the product. Battery runs down fast, but it was the initial charge I used out of the box. still 65% remaining after the full head shave.

Es muy buena, pero deben saberla usar. No es mágica... Si tienes más de un cm de cabello no funcionará como se espera. Lo que yo hago es pasarme una clipper whal a cero y después limpio con esta. Es mucho más rápido y sencillo. El acabado es exactamente el que yo quería. Solo uso para la cabeza y en seco, aunque sudo mucho estos días de verano al hacerlo, la máquina funciona bien. Eso sí, limpio el pelo con el peine un par de veces para que trabaje perfectamente.

UPDATE: I came to realize I used the product incorrectly the first time. My hair was too long, it should have been buzzed first. This design is not intended for lo get hair, then when I tried to wash it out it made it worse. I cleaned it properly pulling out all the clumps and made sure it was clean. I used it again after 3 days of my first use and it worked very well. It is indeed to be used with short stubble, otherwise it will clump, makes total sense. I didn't wash it this time under a sink, just used the brush and blew into the housings to dislodge hair. It is much faster than my other buzzer and much more efficient overall. I hope it is built to last! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I want to love this product I really do, but it has one major flaw: cleaning. There are so many similar products on Amazon and they all have the same issue where you cannot disassemble far enough to remove the actual blade from the housing. As a result hair gets trapped inside and cannot be properly cleaned. I even tried my air compressor and it didn't work to dislodge the clumps of hair. Unfortunately this kills the usability for me. In terms of how close it shaves it's unbelievable and as good as a razor in my experience. I just wish I could disassemble it to the point that the blade was exposed and hair could be properly removed, otherwise it can get pretty nasty and probably grow bacteria over time.
