This product arrived very quickly after I ordered it, I have taken cinnamon capsules before prior to taking this product trying to help lower my blood glucose levels, however with the other products I did not notice that big of a change in my numbers. I specifically tried this product because it is organic and the product description mentions that it may help with healthy blood sugar, all products are not equal and for the first time after about a week in a half I started to notice my blood glucose numbers dropping. I still have to take medicine and my blood glucose still rises after most meals but the organic cinnamon has made a difference for me in lowering my blood glucose faster after it spikes after a meal. Great product in my opinion simply be patient with it.

My husband and I have tried our best to get more Cinnamon in our daily diets after reading about all the healthy benefits it provides. We started out sprinkling it on a lot of our food and drinks, but we find that taking Cinnamon Capsules are the easiest way to get it into our diets. We have purchased your Cinnamon capsules twice and are very pleased with the way we feel because of that. We intend to get it in our diets every day for the rest of our lives. It is a great product.

My fasting blood sugar level is 105, Two hours one could be sometime up to 190/210. My doctor insisted saying my condition is not diabetes and refused to treat me with medicine. I think he may have his reason. But I don't want my blood sugar level becomes this high. So I started to search any alternative ways to help me keep the level low. I have tried three different products all from amazon. I have side effects on the previous two products. This one is the third type I tried and the result is amazing. I take two piles half an hour before the dinner which is normally a bigger meal. My blood sugar level becomes normal ever since i have taken the pills. I tried different types of food, sometime even a cheese cake or other grain snacks with sweet fillings and the result is also very good. Besides, it doesn't have any side effects like the other two products.

I don't think I can continue this product, the slight burning sensation mirroring heartburn is not fun. I am not a big meal eater. This may be better for men who have larger meals than a small woman. It begins two hours after eating a meal and have taken the pill.It is 4 pm and I am still feeling it from 8 am. It's too bad I was hoping to see improvment with back pain and neuro tingles.
