I think I am very sensitive to this brand. so far I have felt results from all of them. This one packs a punch and it's a bit too much for me. the product gave me the jitters, not energy. I'll stick with my coffee for that. I have to return these.

However, they do tend to leave a sticky residue when you remove them. A little bit of micellar water or rubbing alcohol easily takes care of that. Unfortunately does not work for me. I tried a sleep one first, I didn’t feel any extra tired than usual but waited until I tried the energy one because that’s what I wanted the most. I put 2 on this morning before work and unfortunately did not help with any energy levels. Felt the same amount of tired as usual. Sticky enough that it does stay on well so thats why I gave 2 stars!

They really work. After applying, fell asleep within an hour. Great for occasional use especially on trips when I have trouble falling asleep.
