Does this work with a Blur Snowball?

This is a microphone with angle-poise arm and a separate tripod. So it is an alternative to a Snowball.

Does this work with x box one

I have tried it on Xbox and apparently it's not compatible help please

Is the onyx pro mic & arm just usb into pc or does it require more equipment?

It comes with a USB cable and goes straight in. Windows will see it and install the right driver. No need for an amp. My 13 yr old is really happy with it. Good bit of kit for the money.
