I rarely come back to give a product review but ddyyaamm this product is goo, only day one my energy is up in the roof ,went to the gym for the first time without a pre-workout drink , will back after month after see how my iron levels bloodwork .

Excellent iron if you’re low and won’t cause constipation. I’ve repurchased it many times. Just make sure you take it with food and vitamin c or OJ
