Stale and broken pieces. Comes in a big clear bag, tied using twist tie inside a big box.

Just what I was looking for
These lady finger cookies came just in time for Passover. I rely on them for the holidays each year. This year they came unbroken and in a timely manner. While other reviewers note that they come in pieces, I found they were whole and in good shape. I have purchased this and similar items in the store in the past and found them to be broken even then. I think it is the nature of the item to be prone to breakage. However, this shipment was the best.

A box of broken cookies
I was really hoping that the other reviews were just a worst case scenario however, I just received my shipment and sadly very few of the baby fingers are in tact. There is a lot of “sawdust” at the bottom of the box. Not to mention the box looks pretty empty too. Really disappointed.

Don't expect many whole ones
The taste is okay. My gluten-free 12 year old likes them. I tried making one 8x8 tiramisu. In the whole box, I could not find enough whole cookies to complete this dessert for company. However, I really like how they became cake-like when moisture was added. However, dipping them doesn't work, even if the recipe calls for it. Put the cookies in place, then dribble the liquid over them.

Everyone liked these!
They are very crushable. Easy to sprinkle over open pies. Also delicious to eat with coffee or tea. Very inexpensive for lots of lady fingers.

Single large bag of rejected cookie parts
This was a large bag of cookie parts. Completely irregular and nearly all in pieces. Honestly it looks like they took the quality control rejects and bagged them. I’m going to attempt GF tiramisu, but it has no chance of looking nice.

Even at the price they aren’t worth it.
Very crumbly and at least half the box arrived broken. Packaged in a large plastic bag inside the bulk box so this was unsurprising. We’ve had other GF ladyfingers in the past and were hoping these would be similar, as we needed a large quantity. They were not at all. They were passable for our tiramisu, but lacked flavor, and didn’t soak up enough liquid before falling apart. The price was good, otherwise I would have given them one star.
