Love the controller however there is a very slight creaking sensation in the left analog stick.

i like it with plug and play without any drives for windows, the charge long lasting much more the 15hrs they mentioned

It started drifting pretty bad after 6 months. I inquired about the return process to have it repaired since it is still underwarranty. I had never had a product that malfunctioned so I d not know how Amazon/Seller does warranty, to my surprise, it is sooooo bad. 1st, you have to request for the invoice from the seller (2days) 2nd, you have to reach out to manufacturer which is SONY, to initiate or inquire the process. Conclusion, you are better off buying something you would be using pretty regularly at a physical shop, that way, if something goes wrong and needed for the item to be repaired/replaced, it is the seller's job to deal with the Manufacturer. I have bought countless electronics before at an actual shop so I was baffled as to why suddenly when you buy something from Amazon/Seller, you are on your own, luckily I was able to speak to supervisor from Amazon and got a refund. I just don't understand why can't they just pick it up on the first place and deal with it i.ei repair/replace etc. I wish there is an option to out No stars for this review as 1 star is being too generous

This DualSense controller is excellent in daily use. The haptic feedback and adaptive triggers make gameplay feel more immersive, especially in titles that really make use of them — you can feel different surfaces, tension in triggers, and subtle rumble effects that add another layer to the experience. The ergonomics are comfortable for long sessions, and the Midnight Black finish looks sleek without showing fingerprints too easily. Battery life is solid enough for several hours of play without needing a charge, and the built-in speaker and mic add handy extras for quick chats or in-game audio effects. It’s not perfect — some games don’t fully utilise the adaptive features, so you won’t notice the advanced feedback all the time — but overall it’s one of the best standard controllers for the PS5. Strong build quality, great feel, and a very comfortable pick-up-and-play experience. Worth it if you’re playing on PS5 regularly.

Clearly pre-owned. If I wanted refurb I'd buy refurb. I've been robbed basically.
