Haven't taken it off since it arrived, except when I was actually in the shower. My elbow is warmer, and it feels oddly held together somehow. It's not so much support that I can't bend it or move freely and it doesn't bunch up like thicker sleeves in the inside of your elbow. It's just right. It's long enough to warm the part on the top of my arm that hurts like fire from this injury. No therapy can help, no medication, nothing but time and rest for this elbow. Doctor called it Mouse Elbow, which is just like tennis elbow. I was sitting at my new desk, in a chair that was purchased for me without my input, and my elbows were below the edge of the desk. That meant to run my mouse, my arm, and my wrist in particular, had to be at an odd angle. It didn't take much time at all before that started to hurt like fire. I have since gotten a gel pillow thing for my chair to sit up higher, and a gel wrist rest for in front of my keyboard and mouse, and when that STILL wasn't enough, I moved my mouse to the left side and bought this sleeve for my right elbow. Left side mouse use is suffering mixed results..... But the elbow is doing better, and now this sleeve is really got things going in the right direction. It doesn't slip around or move or roll down my arm. And it's tight, but not uncomfortably so. The copper keeps things from smelling icky. I'm going to buy a 2nd one.

The CopperHealth Compression Elbow Sleeve was purchased in efforts to alleviate a lingering tendonitis pain in my elbow. I was in need of a sleeve that would apply pressure and supply support to my elbow joint. Upon opening the CopperHealth, the design of the sleeve met the eye test as it is visually appealing. The feel of the sleeve is much like my other "Copper" sleeve that I have been using. To draw comparison, the CopperHealth actually provides a bit more stability as it feels tighter and compresses the joint area a little more. I have lifted with it a couple of times (have had it 4 days) and it feels good and seems to do the trick. The only drawback is that the band at the top of the sleeve is too tight around my bicep. This could be that I needed a size bigger around my biceps but felt that I needed a just a Large to ensure compression at my elbow. All in all, this sleeve feels good and allows me to continue to lift and exercise without the pain I usually suffer through without this compression sleeve. I measured as instructed but the size ended up being very tight. I suggest you order up a size, than what the package says to order.

This sleeve seems to help the pain in my tennis elbow. I have one concern - it rolls down at the top which can make it uncomfortable. Does this mean it is too small or too large? Am I wearing it too high on my arm? I have had it only 2 days but it feels good other than what I mentioned in above.

So, when I bought these I wasn't sure which product to buy, so read the reviews and decided to give these a try. I also bought another elbow sleeve just not copper infused ones, the reason for this was I needed gray ones to match my uniform shirt and these only come in black. I hurt my elbow about a month ago and have been going to Physical therapy. I really, really like these copper health compression sleeves they are comfortable all day long and my elbow feels a lot better when I where them. The other ones that I purchased are a thicker fabric and much warmer and by the end of the day are a little uncomfortable, because they compress more( I think they are designed more for weight lifting). The copper health sleeves are very comfortable to wear. I measured my arms to make sure the fit would be right and they were right on. I noticed that it helps to pull the bottoms up on the sleeves so it doesn't pull the top down as bad. I would definitely buy these again.

First: In answer to the question of whether I received Compression Elbow Sleeve: I GOT IT! Promptly. Second: love it. For me, the elbow sleeve really works!! Much better than the two elbow braces I bought. (I'm wearing the sleeve while writing this review.) Finally, I'm very impressed with not only product, but the outreach the company provided. To receive an email from Sally Hunt, co founder of CopperHealth -- before delivery -- twice, as a matter of fact, telling me how best to use the sleeve and to contact them directly with questions, again, before the product even arrived, was amazing! The top band has rolled and cut out circulation while i was sleeping and my arms also fell asleep when i had been jolted out of sleep with a severe tingling and numbness in my hands. i had to take it out for the rest of my sleep duration.

I received the sleeve last week, so it's too early to tell if there will be any benefit of wearing it. It fits nicely though and looks great. I will be ordering another for my right arm if it works.
