So I've read many times that milk thistle is very beneficial, so I've taken it before but I can't say I noticed anything life changing about it...just figured it was helping but more under the radar in terms of noticeable benefits. Well, I just recently watched a docuseries class on the liver and milk thistle helps make glutathione which is very beneficial to the liver and the body just in general. So I decided to try again. I looked for the strongest, organic one I could find. I don't really have any known liver issues, however I do have kidney issues. Both liver and kidneys work to filter waste and toxins from the body. My kidneys don't filter like they need to so I thought perhaps giving my liver some extra support might also help my kidneys. And it definitely seems to be working!! What I notice: 1. Ankle swelling is almost totally gone. 2. I believe it is helping me sleep better. 3. Feel more energetic which is a big deal with kidneys not functioning to full capacity. This is helping. 4. Improving elimination in the morning. It's now easier and more complete. Disclosure: I take more than the recommended dose. I usually take 3 a day. What I like is that this is organic, veggie capsules, and extra strength extract - I can actually tell it is helping me. What I don't like is the small capsule count. I wish they offered bigger bottles with 120 caps, and at a bit better price. But this is worth it for me.

i use it because i also take a statin drug for high cholesterol and need a supplement to help support the liver functions. It seems to be working great and it is very easy to swallow. I will continue to order this product.

OMG!!! It's said that Milk Thistle is supposed to help with healthy liver function, promote healthier skin, aid digestive health, boost your immune system, and more. After a full week of taking it, I felt GOOD overall.

This is one of my staples in my supplements stack. Easy to swallow. No taste. Good value and effectiveness. Will be purchasing again as this is my 2nd time purchasing this brand.
