nice and simple
I love having nontoxic storage options around the house for organizing. This wooden bin is just that, it is raw wood without any coating or paint over it. The box is simple, minimal, and aesthetically pleasing. It can be used in many ways to help organize any space, not just in the pantry. We are using it to store some glass jars with manipulatives in one of our rooms and it works well for that. I think it looks nice standing alone or with a few more of these boxes next to it on a shelf. Another reason I like this box is that it could be painted or stained later down the road if I decided I wanted a different look.

Incomplete construction
Handle was completely missing from one side. Not broken, Completely missing. Whoever packed this had to have known it was missing a handle. Quite disappointing.

Lightweight & perfect for storing my spices
This box uses a lightweight wood. That can be good, or bad depending on intended use. I feel it wouldn't hold up with heavy contents, but with what I use it for it's great. I've had it in the back of my car to keep my spices in them when I'm out camping. It's worked out great so far. And for that, I'm glad that it's lightweight. I'm just going to have to see how it holds up over time. The wood isn't treated, and there doesn't seem to be any visible nails, or screws aside from two very thin, needle-like posts on the top piece of wood. Most of the parts just seem glued together, and that's my concern. But, like I stated it's been good so far, so I'll just wait and see how it holds up.
