They have all the good stuff
These are actually pretty large to swallow if you are someone who struggles with big pills. They don’t really have a taste and don’t give me any heartburn like some kinds do. I like that they have all the good stuff in them. I’ve been taking them for a while and somehow I’ve stayed pretty healthy.

I swear by these vitamins!!!!! I suffered a lot from back to back upper respiratory illnesses and due to this my lungs were weak.
