Launch F-lite Baseball and Softball Pitching Machine

So far this machine has been great! Very easy to set up and use. The main thing when using is to allow the machine to get up to speed before placing the first ball in the chute. This doesn't take very long, about 30 seconds and you can start. Give the machine about 5 seconds between balls to regain full speed and it works great. The accuracy is good and is reliably maintained from pitch to pitch. The machine is stable and doesn't shift during use. Overall a great product. We'll have to see how it holds up over time, but so far pleased with our purchase.

We bought for our 10 year old baseball player and 6 year old softball player. Very easy to put together and to switch flutes between baseball and softball. Works great for both kids. Easy to move and bring to field. The cord is short. You will need to plug into an extension cord. You will not be able to plug straight into wall. We did buy a battery pack for it, but it needed more power. We had it for a few days and we have used it over a handful of times. Great for batting and catching.

My kiddos love using this pitching machine for softball and baseball practice. Definitely worth buying. Ours still works just need more balls lol!

So far it’s been great! We have used it for all three of our kids. Switching it from baseball to softball seems to be pretty easy. It functions like we expected and the speed changes are nice since we have a 6 year old boy and an 11 year old boy. It shoots pretty accurate and the machine itself is stable. We love it so far!

Nice unit and easy set up. Easily adjusted for accuracy. The unit throws the softball with speed and consistency. Lightweight for easy storage.

We put this item together, following the instructions and it was very easy to put together. But when we plugged it in and turned it on, it didn't work. My husband tried multiple outlets both in our shop and in our house. When he brought it to the house, he plugged it in and turned it on. Nothing. He forgot to unplug it and went to the kitchen to start supper. About 3-4 minutes later, the pitching machine finally started! So we unplugged it and tried it again a few hours later - same thing happened. We emailed support but haven't gotten a response after a few days. We're going to box it up and return it and buy something else. No response from their support team tells me it's not the best product to purchase.

Seem to be working great for us. Shoot pretty solid and fast. Not shooting no 90mph as it advertised, but may 60mph at the most but still pretty fast.

I opened up the box and the bag of balls were opened with one ball missing. 11 of the 12 were there. Not sure where to submit this complaint.
