I’ve purchased this item from Amazon before! It’s difficult to find the item in my local pharmacies. The saline spray helps me maintain clean sinuses, as a sinus cancer survivor. Safe and very helpful in cleaning the lower sinus areas.

Irritated my nose

I know, you are not supposed to ever release your squeeze until the nozzle is out of the nose. But somehow, I seem to keep doing that. I know it when the next squeeze starts to smell like the inside of my nose (ugh). So then I am happy to throw out the end of the 1 oz bottle and move to a clean new one. Nice to have replacements on hand that didn't cost too much to agonize over!

I have a CPAP machine and this product allows me to breath thru my nose a lot longer than normal every night and therefore get a more restful sleep. I can buy similar products over the counter but the price is quite a bit more. This spray works exactly the same as the name brands but the cost savings is significant.

Works just like any saline for great price

It is a normal saline solution which emits a fine spay when squeezed. Can dilute thick mucus, moisturize dry membranes & rinse pollen out of nares.
