Order for my daughter as a gift, she never received her gift notification to give her address for delivery. Thanks

I, personally, have never used gift notification. So I would contact the vender regarding this situation.

What size do you get if you are a size 14?

I would recommend a medium if you want a tight fit, but it'll still stretch. It's one of those fabrics that stretches out a whole lot. It becomes loose after you've worn it a few times. If you want a loose fit, then get a large. What I would suggest is, get one of your t-shirts that fits you so tightly, whatever size that t-shirt is, is the size you should get. It's one of those fabrics where you can't go wrong buying a size smaller.

They package states it was made in china

What is the best size for women who are size 20? Do you carry plus sizes?

Yes, they do carry xl and xxl. I bought the xxl and it's a little loose on me.
