It's freaking delicious!
We love McCormick Hollandaise. We've tried making our own and it doesn't come out great. We've also tried other brands. This one is the winner. It's very easy to make- water and butter. The flavor is so delicious. We use it on so many things- eggs benedict, breakfast sandwiches, ham and cheese sandwiches & breakfast pizza. Buying in a 12 pack makes it much more affordable.

Makes a very good Hollandaise
My local grocery store temporarily stopped carrying this product, and I use it a lot. I found it here, and I have ordered it twice. It's a quality sauce mix, making a creamy, smooth, and tasty Hollandaise sauce. The instructions are easy to follow, and I think it's a great product. If I have one complaint, it's the price. It's twice as much as they charge in the grocery store. Luckily my local store is carrying it again, and selling it for a much more reasonable price, but it was nice to be able to get it from another source, when it wasn't available locally.

Perfect
I figured since I have purchased this twice, it was time to rave about it. We are Hollandaise lovers. Making it from scratch can be costly and iffy to make sure you get it right. Enter McCormicks package Hollandaise Sauce. Butter, cold water and a package make it quick and delicious. I like a little more lemon flavor, so I add some fresh lemon juice at the end. Stir it in well, and you are ready to serve. I let it sit for about 15 minutes to come together completely. Over asparagus or Eggs Benedict and you have the perfect pairing. Not bad on lamb chops either. While it may seem pricey to buy such a big box, it doesn’t go bad or to waste. At your finger tips when you need it.
