I've now bought these twice. I think there's a slight addiction there! haha. These protein bars taste great and fill me up for hours. They also curb my sugar cravings so I'm less likely to snack through the day. I was dubious about the flavour when I decided to try them but they immediately became my favourite protein bar. Do I recommend them? Hell yes!

If you wanted to taste a birthday cake, buy one. This tastes like a birthday cake had all its goodness and fun replaced with chalk. My goodness how did this get past a focus group

I did not like these birthday cake bars. Flavor was strange so will not purchase again. Protein was okay for some energy.

Highly recommend. Texture is stiff think cosmic brownie density. Not light and fluffy cake. But it’s a protein bar so you have to know what to expect. They are thick so drink beverage with. The flavor is on point. Carb and protein sugars all macros in check. I use on the P90x plan. They are sturdy don’t melt or freeze. Don’t upset my belly. Celiac GF. Also like: deluxe chocolate, cosmic brownies, cookies and cream, Avoid: zig zag cake. It has horrible after taste I can’t even place. Somewhere between chemical, rotten potato, fishy, metallic. Unpleasant.
