These catheter piercing needles are excellent quality! I used one for my cartilage (helix) and since it’s very sharp, it went through so smoothly with almost no pressure. Each one comes individually packaged and sterile, which gave me confidence using it. The catheter design made it so easy to slide my jewelry in right after piercing—no fumbling or struggling. Honestly, they work just as well as the ones used in professional shops, plus it costs less. Just remember, if you’re not experienced, it’s always safer to see a professional. For those who know what they’re doing, these are a must-have!

This arrived quickly. I purchased 2 sizes. I've been using these for several months now and have had no infections and no complaints. The set includes all pieces accurately and ive found nothing missing or out of place. I do feel like the needle could be a bit sharper but I am able to puncture through. I am going to try another company for my next purchase to compare the sharpness of the needle. The plastic piece will crease creating sharp edges if bent so this is not meant to be used as an IV but is meant to be used as a piercing kit. It would be a good practice piece for medical students but only to be used with fake arms or an orange, but not a long term medical IV for human/animal. For piercing only.

Bought these to use for piercings, they work great! Much cheaper alternative to a tattoo parlor, and very easy to use if you know what you’re doing. Just be careful as there are is no safety mechanism for the needle.
