A little complicated
I like it. But was even difficult for an adult to set up.

fun!
it keeps my 6&7 year olds busy! Then they ask me for help, and then I find myself getting addicted! Great problem solving skills here. The materials are durable.

Not for younger kids.
The suggested age group is 8 and up. We have a 6 year old and it is definitely a bit too difficult for him. The pieces are quite flimsy so I was disappointed in the overall quality. Putting the pieces together prior to playing with them is somewhat frustrating bcoz they don't snap together securely and therefore they tend to fall apart during play. Instructions aren't very clear. Other than that, it's a really neat toy with lots of "play potential" for the right age group.

Poor quality.
Cheaply made and flimsy. Very disappointing. Cheap, thin plastic.

Don't buy this version of the Marble Run series, it's flimsy, overpriced and fundamentally flawed.
A very big box full of mostly nothing, the actual product in this case can fit in a container 1/4 the size. I bought the other Marble Run from National Geographic and was satisfied with it. The kids love it and they can easily assemble it and use it. By contrast, this magnetic Magnetic Marble Run is garbage. It doesn't work well, the marbles don't stay in the flimsy tracks, so the marbles are constantly hitting the floor and getting under stuff. The kids lost interest within a single day, this is just a poorly designed toy. Way overpriced for what you actually get.

Very nice toy/tool for kids to make the marble run and understand cause/effect of motion…

Only sticks on magnetic surfaces that made the areas of play limited. Squeals of delight occurred as marbles tumbled down the fridge door though.
