This spring water is all I want to drink. I saw a special, on bottled water(plastic issue aside) told how with purified water, ALL the nutrients are filtered out, along with impurities! I fully believe, the trace elements are important. Why else drink water? I can tell the difference in taste from this spring water, to filtered, much different. For this great price, $4.50 delivered to my door, cannot be beat….. even the dog likes it best! Switch and try it, you will be pleasantly surprised!

This bottled water tastes like pure water and it does not have an after-taste. I have ordered several packages of this water and they all taste the same - like pure water. There is nothing great about the taste of the water but there is nothing bad about it either. My only complaint is that the Arrowhead label tends to fall off the bottles and it ends up in your hand while you are drinking the water from the bottle. The company needs to use a stronger adhesive to secure the label to the bottle. Some people have complained about the company not posting the contents of the water but I would like to remind these people that there are not the same government guidelines in respect to bottled spring water (whether it is Arrowhead, Poland, Avian or a generic store band of water) compared to tap water. There are constant warnings about drinking the tap water where I live and the tap water in my area makes me sick. Therefore, I only drink bottled water which has NEVER made me sick. I would recommend this water to people because I drink it and because water is a necessity -- not a luxury. Even if you buy the most expensive brand of spring water (Poland or Avian) you must remember that those brands do not have to meet the same government standards as tap water - most likely you are drinking the same type of spring water and ingredients just with a different name. In all, I give this water 4 stars.
