Installing it was easier than I expected (and I’m not exactly a DIY pro), so that was a nice surprise. The fan runs super quietly, even on the highest setting, and it moves a ton of air. No annoying wobbling or weird noises—just a smooth, steady breeze that makes the room way more comfortable. The remote is a game-changer, too. I love being able to adjust the speed and light without getting up. Speaking of the light, it’s just the right brightness—not too harsh, but still enough to light up the room. One of the best features is the winter mode! It reverses the blade direction to push warm air down, which is perfect for keeping the room cozy during colder months. I love that I can use this fan all year long and not just in the summer. Honestly, this fan is a total win. Great quality, works perfectly, and looks awesome. If you're thinking about getting one, just go for it—you won’t regret it!

I bought 2 of these fans to replace a couple of quite old ceiling fans in my family room. They look great and operate very nicely. Very quite and move a lot of air. Seemed to be perfectly balanced since there is no wobbling of the units even on high speed. The lights put out a lot of light and can really light up a room. I wish there was a way to dim these way down but there doesn't seem to be. I really like the "natural breeze" setting of the fan. This ramps the fan speed up and down so it isn't a constant wind blowing down on you and more of a natural breeze. I had an issue and contacted customer service. They responded quickly to resolve my issue. Nancy did a very good job helping me. The documentation (manual) is pretty worthless. Their translation from Chinese to English didn't go well at all. I found just assembling the fan by looking at the picture in the manual was the most straight forward. Assemble the entire unit on the floor or on a table and then hang it from the ceiling bracket. The fan isn't very heavy and easy to lift. After installing these fans they would randomly turn on even though I didn't command them. I contacted customer service and they said this was a "burglar alarm" feature. They tried to tell me how to turn this feature off but it didn't make any sense. I tried many, many combinations of remote button presses in conjunction with cycling the power. Nothing worked. Finally I tried turing the fan on using the "natural breeze" button on the remote and then after several minutes turned the fan off using the "all off" button on the remote. This seemed to do the trick! No more random turning on of the fan!!!

Updated review: Now that we have used the fans for a while, I'm upgrading by one star. The issues with the remote and instructions are still true, but we like the fans very much in spite of these things. They're nice looking fans and they operate smoothly. The lights are a perfect brightness for our porch. We've already forgotten the installation issues and we'll just deal with the remote operation. quirks. I like them better than the others on Amazon. I would likely buy them again if needed. Previous review: These are good looking fans. They are quiet. However, there are some serious issues that make me regret this purchase already. First, the instuctions are worthless. They show pieces that aren't for this fan and use terms that weren't translated correctly. For example: Step 1 - "Thread the suspender through the suspended clock and coupling cover." What exactly is a "suspender" and what's a "clock" ? Not explained. My husband has installed countless ceiling fans, but he was really irritated by this one. The videos posted were helpful, but most were slightly different from this model of fan, so he had to watch 5 of them. Next, the remotes are really annoying. We eventually figured out that to change the light type/level, you have to push the on/off light button repeatedly - never mentioned in the manual. The least useful function (changing the direction of the blades) is where the most used functions should be. Family members will be changing that accidently all the time. The remote has a "FAN OFF" button, but where is the "FAN ON" button? Not in the manual! Only family members trained in the use of this mystery remote will be able to use it. That's going to get old fast. If it wasn't so much trouble to send these fans back, I would have.

*Update DEC 2025* 2 years later review... Just want to say I'm impressed with Customer Service of this company. I contacted them because the fan light was not turning on using the remote, I replaced the batteries and still not working, but the fan was working. I thought the LED module was defective and looking at a replacement, they said the LED are good and they control module needs to be replaced. They told me to buy one on Amazon which I did and the replacement was not working as expected, the lights were working but the fan was not turning or was turning very slow with a stop and go movement. They said I had a fan with high voltage and needed a different module which they shipped me for free, I installed the replacement module and ALL was working, the lights and the fan at all speeds (forward and reverse) like new. Thanks Obalala! I'm in FL, this is for my lanai, so outdoor but covered, very humid. This fan was to replace an older fan that the LEDs were flickering. I got this one because of the look, 3 wooden blades, clean matte black finish, remote, price under $100. The installation was a bit frustrating because of the order you need to insert/slide the different parts over the rod (5 and 10 inch rods is included). Once the motor is hung on the ceiling bracket, the rest was easy. Motor weight is light which helps when working on a step ladder. I zip tied the wires, I used the included wire nuts, then pushed the cove. Cover is held by 2 screws, the holes didn't aligned perfectly, I had to add small washers to help holding the screws, then you push a little rubber piece which covers the screws. I removed the ugly stickers, screw in the blades, blades are lightweight but real wood, chrome plated screws. The light piece has connector and 3 small screws to hold it. Finally screw in the acrylic cover. Test the remote, Voila! I recommend this ceiling fan, looks great, a definite great value.

This 52” fan is very sleek and modern looking. We were in doubt with another very similar looking alike fan we saw at the local store, but this one has the walnut looking finish on the blades and that gives it a much more elegant looking. It looks so much more expensive than it actually is... the style reminds me of minka fans. Search for the perfect fan is finally over. Could not have found a better fit aesthetically and mechanically. Hands down the smartest looking and quietest ceiling fan around. The remote control was easy to install and sits very sleek on the wall. The ability to change the color of the light was a perfect feature for us since we had LED lights installed as well that were warm white. We went through the settings and found the perfect color to match our LED lights. We really like the color as well and it pushes a lot of air which is also great on really hot days. Overall is very quiet and seems to move plenty of air at its medium speed settings. The adjustable light is also a nice feature and should make for a nice environment in the evening. Love the remote control very easy to use. It was pretty easy to install

This fan looks good and fits well with my decor beneath wooden beams. It rotates at 6 different speeds and is stable and quiet to my ears. I had it professionally installed which presented no obstacles for the handy-man who completed the job from unboxing in less than one hour. Unfortunately the plastic lamp cover was damaged in the box during shipping. USCeiingFans are shipping me a free replacement. The main area for improvement, as stated in many reviews, is the remote control which works well enough but would be an improvement if it didn't need to cycle through lamp colors every time. If you switch off the fan from the wall power switch and power on again, the lamp will light in the default color, but the fan will not rotate without commanding it from the remote control. This means if the remote control should fail and were not replaceable, the fan would become useless. Therefore the factory should make replacement remotes available in any event. Overall the fan is well built, cools down my kitchen and sells at a good price.

I bought two of these fans on a special discount. They are beautiful fans with a very modern aesthetic which is exactly my vibe. The all black one works quite well but was more difficult to assemble. This one with brown blades just didn’t work. My electrician identified the problem as a faulty driver. (I’m hoping this is the only problem). I did register the product so I’ve been emailing with Lanhai Made to resolve this. They have been responsive and after receiving video proof of the malfunction have agreed to ship me a replacement fan. This is the hottest part of the year here and I work from home so it’s been quite an inconvenience. But the fan that works, does a really good job. It has six speed settings and I haven’t had to go above level 4 to be cool. I will update this review when a new working fan is installed. 2024-11-27: the replacement fan works beautifully. It took me a while after receiving it to get an electrician in (he was super busy), but now I’m very happy with the product. As often happens with Chinese suppliers they did not want me to return the defective product. And while waiting on the replacement I discovered that Lanhai Made sells replacement driver and remote pairs on Amazon. So I took a chance and purchased one of those as well. As it turns out the problem was definitely the driver so now I have three fans in the modern aesthetic I like that all work beautifully. I recently discovered that the light can be toggled between cool white, moderate, and warm white. The fans are also super quiet. Great buy overall despite the initial disappointment. 2025-02-21: I've realized that I really like being able to change the colour temperature of my lights with a click of the button. Cool white when I want to feel wide awake, medium when I want to chill, and warm white as I wind down and get ready for sleep or am just waking up. For inexpensive fans bought on Amazon, this is a great feature.

Fan worked fine for a while, them the light decided to not work anymore (it's so dimmed it's useless). I tried to contact the manufacturer, as per Amazon recommendation, no answer, so I then turned to Amazon for help. So far I sent countless emails to customer service, and my last call with them was 1 hour long (they kept on putting me on hold). On 21st September customer service manager from Amazon called Simone said she would initiate the Amazon A to Z guarantee, and confirmed by email she would call me back exactly 1 week later to update me, which she didn't. I send 2 other emails since with no answer. It seems Amazon is doing everything to avoid delivering on this a to z guarantee promise, which is very disappointing. I'm not sure what to do at this point really, apart from going back and forth with customer service with no resolution provided.

I bought three for the bedrooms. Super quiet! Not difficult to install! Moves the air well, and I use the reverse mode in winter to move the air in rooms without a heat pump. Highly recommend.

The blades are real wood, and light weight. I installed this on my porch to ventilate the area under my pavilion. The wood matches the natural look of outdoor deck and patio area. I was able to install with just 1 person, as the base is attached separately from the blades. The 3 blades are screwed on after installation. The remote can also be used to pair with multiple fans. Easy to install, good airflow, and sturdy material.

This fan was easy to install and looks great. It makes absolutely not one peep! The remote is easy to use too. I am REALLY pleased with this purchase. I’m using it on an A frame bedroom ceiling. It is probably the Best Buy I’ve made on Amazon. 👍👍
