What are the outside dimensions of the case. It looks larger than most cases. Is it?

6.5"x3.25" - it could be slightly larger than other cases but the protection you get, along with the grip is well worth it over other, less expensive cases IMO

Yes real carbon fiber was used in this case

Do they make plugs to seal the openings on the case for dirt and dust?

No aware of such plugs even exists, however, this case protects the phone so well. I only remove it once in a blue moon to rinse it and blow air dry. I use the same solution to clean the screen to clean the entire phone. Yo do not need plugs my friend; beside, it would probably makes it look ugly

Does it have a belt clip you can buy separately?

SENA and other brands of clips will fit this case.
