The title, image AND description all say that the package includes 300 capsules. The alternatives to choose from are 100 or 300 capsules on this specific product. Yet my package only contains 200 capsules, and I'm unable to return the product or get my money back. That's a scam!

Siempre hacia batallado para tomarme la creatina ya que no me gusta la textura que tiene, sin duda esta es una muy buena alternativa para las personas que tampoco les guste la textura o el saloncito arenoso que tiene. Yo me estoy tomando 4 pastillas para que sean los 5g recomendados.

Man, these are truly the best! I tried going with a cheaper brand and it gave me nausea and bloating, I went back to this Optimum Nutrition one and I feel great!!! And as a woman, I feel like it gives me that slight edge in increasing my muscle in the gym, but I also think I get neurological benefits (mental clarity, attention). They are large but totally easy and fine to take, beats taking gritty powdery drinking kind. Capsules are best! Definitely recommend, 10/10 product!

まず、到着には少し時間はかかりましたが商品はとても良い状態で届きました。傷や凹みなし、ちゃんと密閉されていました。なので★は5個にしておきます。あと、チャッピーにも確かめましたが、こちらの製品は安心出来るとのことです(笑) 私は全くトレーニングなどをしていませんが、加齢と共に筋力が低下しているような気がして、仕事中の疲れも気になり出しています。 なのでクレアチンを摂ってみたくて注文しました。1日2カプセル必要みたいですが、トレーニングもしていないので、1カプセルにして、効き目がないようなら2つにしてみます。ひとつのカプセルが物凄く大きくてびっくりしました。喉につまりそう(笑)
