Excellent
I did quite a bit of research before deciding on this particular electrolyte solution. I've already bought more, I am quite pleased with this. It is easy to use. I don't usually measure, just give a good squeeze. But you can put some into the travel flask and use the cap to measure it out, that is easy as well. Filling the flask isn't bad, the top pops off and since it's clear, you can see when to stop pouring. I like having that little bottle, I can take it with me. Both the larger bottle and travel one will leak a little if you don't have it upright. The travel bottle is a little more secure, but I still keep it in a baggie if I'm traveling with it. There is a taste to this, which there should be. I find it pleasant, and it actually helps me want to drink plain water. It's a bit salty and a bit tart. The smaller quantity of water you put it in, the more concentrated the flavor is. If you use it as suggested, there's only a hint of flavor. This will leave deposits in the vessel you put it in, which is to be expected. I would not use it in a bottle you can't scrub because over time it will leave a film that will be difficult to rinse out. I like that this particular electrolyte product isn't super high in sodium. That's better for people with high blood pressure issues. Still provides hydration, though. I've used this during and after drinking more than what would be considered an okay amount and it really helped me avoid a headache the next morning. I'm prone to headaches from drinking even a smaller amount, but this stuff counters it much better than plain water or one of those electrolyte drinks that are mostly sugar. My husband also finds it helpful. Sometimes he gets intensely thirsty at night and will chug water with no relief. When he started putting this in his water he'd drink in the evening, he was far less thirsty in the night. Whether the thirst was from a salty meal, sweating, or whatever, it made a positive impact. Yes, this is an expensive product, but I think it's well worth it. I find it to be much more effective and better for you than the drinks out there. Good balance of electrolytes and easy to use. I highly recommend this.

Life saving product
This stuff is seriously awesome. As an Amazon delivery driver in Texas, it gets crazy hot out there on the job. There have been times I nearly passed out from heat exhaustion despite drinking a substantial amount of water. Ever since I started using LyteShow I've never had another issue. This stuff keeps me well hydrated and I actually love the way my water tastes with it.

Lyte Show is a fantastic, healthy, portable product
I have used about 1.5 bottles of Lyte Show (which translates to drinking several gallons of water over several weeks), and I just ordered more. I used to drink Pedialyte and Drip Drop (from CVS), but I didn't like all that the extra sugar and calories, and I got bored with the same taste over and over. Lyte Show has no sugar or calories, making it perfect for my health and fitness goals. I find that it does not change the taste of water (when properly mixed), but somehow makes you want to drink more water, because the water tastes better and more refreshing. I have underground well water at my home, and mixing it with Lyte Show adds a certain wonderful "je nai se qua" to the experience of drinking my daily goal of water consumption. I've also added it to city water when I've traveled to cities, and it tastes great with that water, too. The only caveat is that you might have to experiment with your ratio of Lyte Show to water depending on what minerals and additives are already in your water. If you put too much Lyte Show, the water can start to taste metallic. Fortunately, I haven't found any adverse health consequences to adding a little too much Lyte Show (within reason). Be sure to read the bottle carefully and measure both your water and the Lyte Show before mixing them together. It would be helpful to have a measuring device that comes with the main bottle, rather than having to use the travel flask cap all the time. At home, I use a measuring soon that matches the ounces of my favorite water bottle. That's perfectly fine for home use, but not practical for travel. (A suggestion for the company: make the main bottle clear with milli-litre (mL) markings on the outside of it, so that you can measure as you pour the Lyte Show.) I also travel a lot, so having a concentrated hydration solution (the Lyte Show travel flask) that fits in my clutch purse is much more space effective than powdered hydration solutions. I can carry two travel flasks and be able to mix several gallons of water at my destination. All in all, Lyte Show is a fantastic, healthy, portable product.

Love the product, hate the bottle
I've been using this product since maybe 2018 or so. It works great, has a minor taste that I can describe as unflavored unsweetened gatorade. There is a slight acidic tang and salty finish. You can easily mix it into other beverages, there's no sugar, and I can rapidly feel the hydration come back after lots of sweating or general dehydration. Now, the one major flaw for me is that the full size bottles will leak all over the place if it falls over. Over the years, I can't count how many times this was accidentally knocked down in my fridge or cabinet, and I come back to a puddle of the precious wasted liquid with a 1/3 of the bottle gone. If the seal on the bottle were fixed, this would be a 5/5 product. 3 bottles lasts me quite a bit, but if you can buy in bulk, you will probably save much more in the long run. Compared to something like liquid IV or other powdered alternatives, it's still much more cost efficient per serving. I'll continue to buy this, but please fix the bottle.

Can't get hydrated? Here is your answer! Wonderful product!
UPDATE: I've been buying this for months now and it's given me my life back. I LOVE this product. No headaches or migraines as long as I take it. Wonderful product and I still highly recommend buying it. I buy it every couple months. I usually have a headache every day and it doesn't seem to do anything to take any pills. Once in a while I will get a migraine so bad I end up in the ER or Urgent Care. The doctors have always told me I'm dehydrated and need to start drinking water. The problem was, I was drinking between 70 oz and 100 oz of water every day, yet i'm still dehydrated. The doctors wouldn't help me and I couldn't figure out why this was happening to me. Back in High school when I was running Cross Country and Track every day I didn't have this problem. So I started thinking about what the difference was between then and now. The only thing I came up with was I was drinking a Gatorade...Electrolytes. So I started drinking the Gatorade again and guess what! NO HEADACHES AND I HAVEN'T HAD A MIGRAINE IN MONTHS! FINALLY! The only problem with drinking Gatorade every day is it's full of sugar and other crap. Not to mention the price of buying it every day.... So I started looking for something healthier. I Found LyteShow and have been very VERY happy with this product. I was really skeptical at first but have been pleasantly surprised. For the first time in almost 8 years I finally don't have a constant headache and haven't had a migraine in months. I feel like I can start living my life again. No more taking double doses of headache meds that are murder on your insides. Pros: Good price My doctor thinks its a good/healthy product It works the taste isn't horrible, although it does taste a little like salt water. It's NOT an overbearing taste. It's NOT like your drinking a cup of water with a few spoon fulls of salt in it. It much more MILD than that. I sometimes put a little lemon in there just to give it some flavor. If I was rating this just on taste I would still give it FIVE stars. Cons: Makes me have to pee often... BUT no headaches and no migraines... still so worth it. This company makes the same thing in pill form and that's another great option which doesn't make me have to pee all the time. lol Other than that though its a great product and I would give it 10 stars if I could. If you want a Gatorade then go get one, this is NOT a sugar filled sports drink. This is a healthy option for you to stay hydrated with. If you follow the mixing directions that are on the bottle you should be good to go. If you put too many drops in then it probably won't taste that great. I do 40 drops in a 32oz bottle of water (with lemon sometimes) and I don't notice any bad tastes. I highly recommend this product to anyone with a hydration problem, Five Stars!

Convenient and Easy-to-Use Electrolyte Concentrate
I stand behind my previous review (below), and my confidence in this product and the seller's courteous and professional approach to customer service. The only thing I'd add is that, highly satisfied with my purchase, I've ordered this product three additional times since I wrote my original review. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Although the tag line for LyteShow is “electrolytes for people who drink”, this is a beneficial dietary supplement that is useful in far more ways than addressing the consequences of emulating the drinking habits of Hunter S. Thompson or Dylan Thomas. In my case, I purchased LyteShow for my wife who rides horses on a daily basis in Phoenix, Az, and particularly during the brutal Summer months the need for electrolyte replenishment is vital. LyteShow makes this easy and convenient. An order consists of a 4-ounce (118 ml) bottle of LyteShow and a smaller (3 ml / 0.6 tsp.) empty Travel Flask. (The latter is a truly inspired addition.) Suggested directions on the bottle are clear and concise: “Mix 3 ml of LyteShow with 32 oz. of water and enjoy. If desired, decrease the amount of water for a more concentrated mixture”. Also included are convenient conversion values: 3 ml equals approximately 40 drops or 0.6 teaspoons or 1 Travel Flask capful. Both the 4-ounce (118 ml) bottle and the 3 ml (0.6 tsp.) Travel Flask have caps designed to facilitate either pouring into measuring spoons or counting drops. I add the appropriate amount of LyteShow to my wife’s flavored water or sports drink before she rides and, because the concentrate can be added proportionally to whatever amount of liquid she’s drinking, it couldn’t be easier to use. This is especially helpful because my wife doesn’t prefer the strong flavor of full-strength electrolyte sports drinks, so I dilute them usually by half and then add LyteShow (which imparts a barely-perceptible salty flavor) to bring up the electrolyte value. It seems to have had a profound effect on electrolyte-imbalance leg cramps my wife used to experience but no longer does since she started using LyteShow. I highly recommend this product. I also found during a brief e-mail exchange with the CEO of LyteShow’s distributor (Drinkwel) that the company representatives exhibit professionalism, courtesy, and conscientiousness, which is as refreshing philosophically as LyteShow is refreshing physiologically. Supplemental Facts about LyteShow: With a serving size of 3.0 ml (0.6 tsp.) and 40 servings per container, the nutritional facts are as follows: 40 mg Magnesium @ 10% daily value 125 mg Sodium @ 5% daily value 2 mg Zinc @ 10% daily value 390 mg Chloride @ 10% daily value 130 mg Potassium @ 4% daily value 20 mg Sulfate @ daily value not established Ingredients: Sea water; purified water; low-sodium sea mineral concentrate; citric acid (plant sources); potassium chloride; and zinc sulfate. I'm hydrated! No more swelling!
I had a swelling problem due to an electrolyte imbalance. This was recommended to me and I use just a few drops a day (up to a cap) and I no longer have swelling!

Can add to almost anything.
So far I like these drops because I can add them to any cold drinks I have. The seller says that some folks find them to have a bitter taste so I’ve never tried them in plain water. I add them to flavored water, cranberry juice, and other juices. So no bitterness detected yet. My only complaint is that the directions are in milligrams. It’s impossible for me to know if I’m adding too much or too little. I wish that instead they told me how many drops per 8 ounces of water / beverage. CORRECTION ! The large bottle, that’s used to refill the tiny travel size bottle, does indeed say how many drops to add to 32 ounces. And I was able to use my public school math to easily figure out how much to add to 16 and then 8 ounces of water / beverage. So I changed my 4 stars to a full set of 5. Yay, I’m happy now!
