Great little chopper

This product does not blend the simplest of things as it so rubbish quality. It over heats after blending for more than 45 seconds. Actual smoke comes out of the blender. It worked for two times before over heating. Faulty product do not even buy it.

This review is for the cordless mini prep pro. I already own the medium version and am very happy with it, but I wanted a smaller machine that I could just take out of the cupboard and use it straight away. This fits the bill perfectly. No plugs or wires. As long as it's charged up, it can be used anywhere. Up to now, I've used it for small mixing and chopping jobs, anything bigger, then I'll get the medium machine out. It has two buttons. One for chopping, sharp side, and one for grinding, blunt side. Please note that when switching from one way to the other, the machine needs to pause for a second or two, this is not a fault, its to enable the motor to stop fully before changing direction. Also, the machine will not work unless the bowl and the lid are properly in place. Instruction book and recipes are provided. I have always been happy with anything with Cuisinart brand, and this is no exception. Highly recommended, well worth the price.

Very light weight and can use any corner of kitchen no need of sockets

Good machine and engine. Very usable because you don't need to plug in. It is expensive around double that of the 240volt version but it is a quality product and works well

Although this is a nice item when it works, the customer service is disgusting. I contacted Cuisinart when this appliance stopped working due to the faulty charger. They never bothered to reply to my message but did send an email to me to advertise their products, which I think is a total kick in the teeth.

Not used to product yet, I have an old plug-in version of this and have used for many years, this charged up fairly quickly and is much less noisy than the old version, will have to wait and see how it actually performs. Great price and quick delivery.

The design is modern, and it looks great on my countertop. 🌟 The 900ml capacity is perfect for small tasks, and I love the convenience of USB charging - 2 hours for a full charge! ⚡ One small issue: one of the buttons was a bit sticky, but it didn’t affect the overall performance - however I did return it due to the sticky button.

Not even deserving of star. Its not woking even if its fully charge

For delivery to Italy the order was fulfilled from the UK and thus had the wrong plug. Amazon offered only a return. Cuis UK said they recommend using only the included plug (as opposed to a USB brick from a phone) and Cuis IT didn’t respond to my inquiry. Love Cuis products but AZ and IT support was disappointing.
