Comfortable feet
These foot orthotic insoles have made a huge difference in my daily comfort. They provide excellent arch support and cushioning, especially when standing or walking for long periods. The fit was perfect inside my shoes, and they feel very durable and well-made. I noticed less foot fatigue and heel pain after just a few days of use. Great quality product that adds comfort and support all day long. Highly recommend for anyone needing extra support for their feet!

Wow frfr - I KNOW these work now - highly recommend for everyone! (maybe lol)
These specific ones are HARD, and literally All the other ones ive ever found are soft or โhardโ or they will โcustomize to your footโ but what the truth is, is that a foot needs to be Molded to Proper shape , so that it utilizes ideal Form Fit and Function etc, (therefore making all the other shoe insert options null & void in my โeducatedโ opinion and also in my Experience using them and healing) my story : (if you need more context before dropping a blue face $100 on some "shoe inserts" lol) in my middle school era, so 2002, my mom dated a nice dude named Bert, he was old"ish" lol in his 70's and he was a lawyer so he had money, he was a para-trooper in Vietnam war as a young person bc they basically almost Had to; anyway, he was into motorcycles at this point in his life and at a Convention one year , there was a Vendor selling Shoe Inserts like these; HARD and intended to shape the foot to best structure etc. I gotta tell you the baseball team hated me and the coach called me 'Ant Stomper' yo lol, but it sounded more like Aint Stahwmper, anyway I was flat foot back then u know... Alas, Bert spent at least $250 on the shoe inserts for me that day, ( I feel like it was $400 tbh but...) [ok I asked bard about inflation and apparently 250 in 2002 would be about $420 at Dec 2023, LOL] so this price is pretty good deal imo even tho they seem pricey but whatever people gotta make money let me tell you, wearing those inserts was like golf balls in my shoes, and u know they make kids run at school, but I wore them, and wore them and wore them and they FIXED my feet bro fr, I was able to run faster, I lost excessive body fat because I was ABLE to enjoy running and playing as a kid, my posture improved, my mind improved etc. the list of positives goes on 20 years later I Found them again, meaning the same style, not sure of its the same brand I doubt it I have them in right now, Day 1 I stand up mostly at my desk and within 10 minutes I feel the effects of these inserts Lifting my tendons in my foot and its literally pulling all this other stuff into alignment Ive felt micro movements in my knees, my hips, my pelvis, my upper back, my sternum and even my teeth lol, might've gotten a bit nauseous , although that could be from typing all this lol I love these things, if I had Any complaint, its that I should've had these sooner. I hope my story encourages You to invest in your self; and your feet are SO important , like every part of you, but you know what I mean, so since you are using your feet EVERY DAY, I encourage these. might update the review later! im just so excited about this that I typed all this lol update as of may2,2024 Itโs 2 AM and I found this review that I wrote that I kind of remember riding but itโs definitely way too much detail in this is cracking me up so Iโm just gonna continue with this I still love these shoe inserts. ๐๐๐my right foot doesnt feel it anymore. i kinda miss the pain. my left foot feels it in the arch still. when i wake up , my two toes, left foot hurt for the first few steps of the day

Excellent buy
Excellent buy, fits good and takes care of foot pain. It's a bargain compared to whet the good feet store wanted to charge me.

Worth the investment, think long term health.
Like many others, facing Plantar surgery was a bad idea (it needs to be banned). Thanks go to my chiropractor (a miracle in his own right), for saving me needless expense and worry (and pain). I also avoided the "mold to fit" orthotics (they aren't the best solution either), and was taught WHY these two methods don't work. The closest example I can give for Natural Foot Orthotics is the "original" 3/4 support Walk Fit, which sadly are hard to find now. This is finally a great solution to a long lasting, affordable orthotic insole for high arches.Instead of a bump under the heel (not good for PF sufferers), they cradle the heel with rounded support, and almost 1cm of lift, shifting the weight just a bit to the front of your foot. They are made well, and give just a little flex, thanks to the honeycomb support under the arch. This means they can go in a number of shoes, though I'd not recommend sandals, flops, or heels over 1". I have narrow feet with high arches, "dancer's feet," so if you have lower arches, I'd suggest the thinner model, also available here and on their company web site. (Note: If you are wearing heels, the weight shift alone could help your arch and pain some anyway, but you might consider one of the high heel supports, or just a good fitting pair of shoes in this case- this is a totally different article). When you start out, you will definitely feel these under your arch if they are doing their job, but you will get used to them. Be patient. My foot amazingly is now back to where it was when I went to college (two whole sizes smaller!), after years of pounding with not enough support under my arch. Patience has allowed me now to even wear sandals or flats now (with no support) for a limited amount of time. Customer support (even before purchasing) was excellent, and the warranty goes without saying. These are semi rigid, unlike some of the foam pads you can buy all over, so they are going to last, and provide real support (not just comfort). With support for Longitudinal and Transverse arches (you have 3), they even rival some of the more pricey (custom fit) orthotics costing 2-3x as much. You might still need something like those, but Natural Foot Orthotics are definitely worth it if they can save you from the molded inserts, or surgery. It's like the best of everything. Back and foot pain is already so much better, even after a week! Looks like a trip through the dishwasher or a quick scrub is all you'll need to clean these EVA supports. They are easy to move from shoe to shoe if you only have one, and slide easily into trainers, boots, or flats. You don't even need to remove any existing insoles from most shoes. (DISCLAIMER: I have NOT been reimbursed, paid, or received any compensation whatsoever for this review).

Work well at a fraction of the cost
I have been looking for something like this for a couple years since I bought some from the Good Feet store and paid $400, OUCH! I wanted to get another pair so even though they can be moved from shoe to shoe, personally I like to just be able to put on my shoes and go instead of having to fuss. The ones I got from the Good Feet store were good but after time I wondered if I should have a little more support. I could drive an hour to get replacements but I decided to try these instead. The pair I received did have a little more support but since I had been wearing the others it did not take long for them to feel comfortable. If you do invest in these I recommend that you follow the break in instructions otherwise you will be in a lot of pain. I think it only took me a couple of days because I had already been wearing the store bought ones so it was easier to adjust. I really like these and feel it was a great investment and cost savings. I have also found that in my experience these are quiet while walking. The store bought ones made is sound like I was farting every time I took a step so I tended to get looks sometimes when I walked across the office or in a store. I have also purchased some thin Gel insoles to go over these for added comfort. This way it does not raise the arch but provides comfort over the insert. I have not tried the slim fit style as I don't wear dress shoes but they appear, in my opinion that they may offer a little less support but that may work better for you especially if you wear dress shoes at all as these I would imagine would be tough to fit in a dress shoe. I can only speak as to how these fit in a tennis shoe so far but I believe they would work very well in winter boots and work boots as well. I am happy enough with these that I am going to purchase a second pair so that I have 2 pair that are the same and use the expensive ones in my cowboy boots or motorcycle shoes since both require something to fit a smaller footbed. Personally I found these to fit true to size & I wear a size 13 shoe. I can tell you from experience that most inserts for arch support may work initially but break down quickly and I have had little to no luck with them. With as expensive as most of them are you can actually end up saving money by purchasing these as they appear they are going to be long lasting plus they come with a lifetime warranty. Don't pay more to get less, give these a try. The above opinion is my own and I have not received anything from the seller for this review.

For me โ fits all shoes, thatโs just gold!
These are the best orthotic insoles that I have ever used! I now own 4 so I donโt have swap out so much. 4 cost the same as ONE custom fit orthotic by an orthopedist and Iโve owned a few over the years. 20+ years ago a car accident left me with some bad ankle injuries and two surgeries. Since then, I have never been able to stand in one spot for long without having to move, the bottom of my feet hurt. 400 dollar custom fit orthotics do work but, pick a pair of shoes make the insoles fit and keep them there. Do not swap. Custom orthotics just suck, even the thinnest do not fit all shoes. Often orthopedistโ advice is to buy expensive orthopedic shoes, remove the insoles that came with these (which is why theyโre expensive to begin with!) in favor of your custom made 400 dollar orthotics. What? Oh yeah, I just have money to burn! Ridiculous! Then youโre stuck wearing these ugly, just awful ugly orthopedic shoes. No, and heck no! Natural foot orthotics are just the best. I have no pain when I wear them! No plantar fasciitis, no arch problems, no general foot pain, and yeah, they fit all my shoes! From Vans, to Adidas, to New Balance, to Nike, to Timberland, whatever!!! Theyโre thin but strong and do exactly what theyโre designed to do. However, when you first begin to wear good orthotics your feet will hurt. Thatโs ok. Hang in there and eventually the orthotics will work. I donโt know why, Iโm not a doctor. But my experience tells me that poor arch support leads to all kinds of pain and scar tissue accumulation. When you begin to mold your feet into a correct position at first they hurt. That scar tissue begins to break down and when your heal rests on a hard surface it hurts. But thatโs just in the beginning, once your posture is corrected you will never even know youโre wearing orthotics. I love these things and theyโve allowed me to wear nice looking cool shoes again. Thank you Natural Foot folks. Now, not to mislead anyone and provide an objective assessment. They didnโt work for my wife and the type of shoes that she wears. According to the wife - she wears a lot of ballet flats an her heal lifts off the orthotic every time she takes a step, so it doesnโt work for this type of shoe.

Sent me a used item versus new item.
Sent me an item that wasn't new..tattered box-some of the packaging missing. I didn't send it back because the product is actually good and I wanted it right now. Disappointed that I got a used item when I paid for a new item.

Knee pain all but gone and I love that it doesn't hold an oder
I am new to inserts, found them this year. As a young man (32) I just started noticing I was getting knee pain through the day that was exasperated when doing things like going up stairs. That and realizing that my feet were just exhausted at the end of the day (to the point where I would try to minimize walking around at home) I knew something was up. It popped into my mind that this is probably a foot thing (life-long converse wearer). So I found a doctor scholles machine and they recommended some inserts. Popped those bad boys in and almost overnight things started getting better. They were my saving grace until a few months of wear I started noticing that I was developing athletes foot. This was not something I was used to and the turns out it was the Doctor Scholles inserts. They were padded and covered in fabric and thus were absorbing sweat daily. So I realized I needed to look for a hard plastic solution. The price was high and that almost scared me away. But then thinking about the downside of not having inserts and remembering the pain I figured it was worth a shot. Well like most young lads I tossed the instructions out with the box and shoved them in my shoes. For about 3 weeks it felt like I was walking on a golf ball. This was not fun and quite painful but I was hoping this would pass. This lead me to dig up the instructions for these inserts and realized you are supposed to work your way up to wearing them all day (doh). Now a few months later they are so comfortable. I have no pain in my knees, my feet dont get exhausted like they used to and I feel liberated. Pro: Works, removed pain, really comfortable when put underneath the cushion inserts that came with my shoes. Cons: Painful break-in period, slips out of place if you just toss them in a shoe with no cushion layer on top

Life saver!
Got immediate relief from plantar fasciitis pain and the pain didn't come back since then. Follow their instructions and your pain will be history. The cost is very high in India but it is worth every penny because it gives you back your mobility within days and the build quality ensures it'd last a lifetime.

Wish I Had Found This Sooner!
Amazing product! I am a heavyset guy who takes long walks with his dog and as a salesman, I am constantly on my feet running around helping customers. I was in a lot of pain for the last two years. I tried everything including prescription orthotics. Four weeks with this product and I am pain-free. It takes time and some getting used to (with the golf ball feeling under your feet), but it will pay off. My posture is better, I am walking better and even when I'm not wearing it and am barefoot on hardwood floors, there is no pain. I will be buying a second pair for my other shoes. Highly recommended!
