Great for the learner
These calculus workbooks by Chris McMullen Ph.D. are excellent. This one in particular covers a great range of topics, from the multi variable chain rule, to surface and volume integrals. Most importantly, every step in every calculation is shown, as well as alternative forms of the solutions. Great book
Lots of questions to practice and clear answers with explanations.

Great for degree level basics
This is a really fabulous book. It gives tests on the basics of degree level Maths. I think it bridges the gap nicely between A level and degree level. My favourite aspect is gradient, divergence and curl. There are some nice basic questions on those topics. It is a great confidence booster since some degree level maths books are too complicated for me.

Got this to remind myself of some of the MVC (multi-variable) Calculus stuff I used to use in University. Good layout and examples are excellent to illustrate principles. Came well packed and on time - recommended!

Bonjour, L'auteur de ce livre est un génie pédagogique...MAIS IL EST AMERICAIN... et c'est pour des gens comme lui, comme fut aussi Richard Feynman et des centaines d'autres que les américains rafleront définitivement la quasi totalité des prix Nobel de toutes sciences. Rien à voir avec nos prétentieux, théoriques incompréhensibles des élèves, maîtres français trop diplômés et loin du peuple "moyen"...! Francis Benoit G.
