I just received mine (vanilla collagen powder 400g). Opened it and the tub is just over half full! Was this the same for everyone? So almost half emp?

Mine was the same. The product is sold by weight and is vacuum packed. This means the tub will always be half full which is a waste of plastic. If you measure the product itself it should be around 400g.

why does the vanilla version not nearly state that it contains artificial sweeteners? this is a breach of advertising standards.

Hi, please contact us so we can refund you, I have forwarded this case so we can make it more clear. Regardless the sweetener version is being replaced now to a product with no sweeteners.
