The product arrived in a well packaged and stylish box - giving a good first impression of a quality product. The instruction booklet and warranty documents were clear and easy to follow. The air purifier is of a good size 21cm diameter by 28 cm high, and the controls are nicely laid out and easy to use. There is also a handy timer feature that allows the unit to be left running for either 4 or 8 hours before it switches off. I particularly liked the facility to be able to add essential oils to the machine so that the air can be fragranced. There are 3 small pads for use with oils, and the compartment that they sit in is easily opened as it is on top of the machine. The filter system is well made and will be easy to change when required. Having not used one of these before I was unsure of how noisy this would be, but was pleasantly surprised. There are 3 speed settings and even on level 3 the noise is far from disruptive. I am using this in my bedroom - the noise does not disturb my sleep, the faint blue glow given off by the controls on the unit is actually quite nice at night, and in the morning the air in the room was noticeably more refreshing and less stuffy. Really good product and would certainly recommend.

LOVE IT, LOVE IT. LOVE IT. I have noticed a difference in air quality. After reading that someone leaves theirs on at night time, I tried it and I love its low hum which has made me sleep better. .A bit ‘piffly’ in setting it up but well worth it. Follow the instructions.

I bought this air purifier in March, and it stopped working as soon as I tried to replace the first filter. The build quality is cheap, and the device breaks quickly. Given the low price, keep in mind that you are essentially buying a disposable product.

I got this about a week ago and it is already making a difference. When having 3 dogs creates a dusty house this machine is doing a great job of cleaning the air. The diffuser works a charm too releasing refreshing smelling air into the room, we use lavender to help us sleep and it works a charm. Highly recommend.

I purchased this air filter for my bedroom at my house. There has been one at my parents’ house for a while and it has been a big help in the downstairs room that the two cats stay in sometimes due to the weather. I have indoor only cats at my house and also have metal shelves in my room that have some kind of pressboard for the flat part. These boards put off a smell from time to time and it aggravates my sinuses. So because of that and the cats, I bought this air purifier. So far, it has done well. I have not noticed the wood smell anymore and the air seems fresher. My throat is not as dry and irritated as it had been. There are three levels. At night I run it on the lowest and it is fairly quiet and doesn’t interfere with me sleeping. I would recommend it. This is the second Miko my family has had and I will probably purchase another for my den area.

Received my two units yesterday. Items packaged well. This item is a great size for me, photo shows on table next to my bed. I tumed on unit after inserting lemon oil. I cannot smell it in the room yet but anticipate it will smell wonderful. I've only tried two speeds low and medium. OMG, it so quiet. I searched high and low for a unit I could feel comfort with in its functioning, style, and ease of use. I thus far love my air purifiers I always read the reviews before purchasing. Someone mentioned unit stopped working after a while. This company offers a two year warranty so I could not understand their concern. Make it a priority to register your unit/units. The company provides all you need to get started as well offer their appreciation for your purchase and provides customer service for set up as well as any other need. Seriously, if you did see this unit, you would not know its there. I smoke and will know very soon how well this unit works. I will make an effort to update my review since it has only been on a few minutes. HAGD Update: The unit in my room has made a difference in the air quality. I infused with lemon oil but I don't smell the lemon. I just set up the living room unit. I infused with peppermint oil. I'll update again. BTW, Mrs. Mike ofeed a free filter after registering and I accepted. Update 2.0 Makes a huge difference in my bedrom where I smoke. Living room much larger, make small diference. 10/14/20 Update: Received, free filters. Customer service is awesome. I'm very happy with my selection. Works like a dream in my bedroom.
