This has been a life saver. I saw an ad for a nasal spray on Instagram, but you had to sign up for a subscription for you could try it. I decided instead to look at the main ingredient and this is one of the only nasal spray I could find that close. So I figured I’d give this a try and see if it helped The stepping nose, I seem to get in the middle of the night and stop the sinus headaches that I wake up with every morning. Not only did it stop my stuffy nose and I was able to breathe so much better instantly, I’ve also woken up without a headache on nights I’ve use this product. But the best part and unexpected part, is that I’ve been sleeping about 5-6 solid hours. I never realized my horrible sleep was due to my difficulty breathing at night. This is hands down the best money I’ve ever spent!

I had a sinus/cold thing going where I couldn't breath. I'd wake up during the night gasping and coughing. My CPAP was useless because my nose was running into the mask, ugh. I ordered this just because it was an Amazon product and that was a good decision. I sprayed each nostril and within minutes my nose was cleared and stayed that way through the night. This has worked wonderfully for me and my family. This does not have the orchid smell to it and the spray works well. No weird taste either.

Not fast acting but works well with everyday use. Dr recommended.

It works instantly. But, it is not 24 hours. More like 15 hours. So you’ll need to reapply again. But definitely recommend otherwise!
