Los Angeles Photographer Mark Henderson is a highly regarded artist whose images of the male nude are among the finest. Fine art photography was not always his line of approach to the arts - his education and training is as an art historian specializing in Northern and Southern European painting of the 17th century. Although Mark wouldn't characterize his photographs as particularly Baroque or directly referential to art history at all, his first-hand exposure to and close study of great works of art must surely have influenced his work in some very subtle way. Mark has occasionally traveled to the desert and other remote outdoor locations for photo shoots, but he has always drawn back to the tranquil, relaxed atmosphere of a home where he can create images in which the models can be admired, indeed idolized, in a more private and personal way. This handsome calendar , marked for 2017, is a series of excerpts from LAP OF LUXURY, Mark’s seventh book, takes us back to Henderson’s private paradise, placing the viewer directly in the seat of his unmistakable style and perfectly showcasing one of the world’s most luxurious treasures: the male body. On the cover is the outstanding model Pablo Hernandez whose images are also found inside. All of these models are first class and Mark’s setting for them puts them directly in luxury’s lap. The models are all overly airbrushed or have a lot of make-up on.

Bellissimo calendario gay di Mark Henderson che raccoglie dodici grandi foto con dodici uomini affascinanti e differenti avendo ognuno la sua spiccata personalita e che non nascondono niente... Tante volte i calendari del genere fano scoprire i modeli tutti uguali che tanto per le caratteristiche del loro fisico che del loro carattere somigliano troppo uno ad altro. Qui, invece, c'e una veramente ricca scelta per tutti i gusti. Felicissimo di aver trovato questo calendario !
