Excellent product and works exactly as described. It's tight, but it fits my LaZBoy office chair perfectly. End results are refurbished and comfortable armrests. It's worth noting the comments about the short foam inserts. First off, they are optional and can be removed. My chair has 17" armrests, so the inserts don't cover the entire arm. So I simply kept the inserts towards the front of the armrests and the "un-cushioned" portion is now at the very back of the armrest where my arm never touches. You can't see the difference and it's perfectly comfortable. I definitely recommend.

I bought this for my aging office chair. The chair is fine but the vinyl suddenly started flaking off of it in big strips. I can do some upholstery but I really didn't have the time right now so I bought a chair cover and these armrest covers. I was a bit surprised to find that the armrest covers cost as much as the whole chair cover but once I got them I can understand why. The workmanship is better, the armrest covers are more complex than the chair cover, and they have foam padding in them. They easily slid over the existing armrests and were a perfect fit. The only issue I had was that the left one would sometimes work off. I don't know if I sit differently on the left or perhaps the armrest underneath is a bit more crushed. So I loosened the 3 screws holding the armrest on and slid the cover back on, making sure that it went under the armrest slightly so it would be trapped. This totally fixed the issue and didn't take long. I would buy these again.

The armrests on my 2 year old RealSpace (Best Buy) office chair are pathetically padded at the factory. I just wore out my 2nd pair of strap-on pads. Those are too thick, and the straps wear out after a few months of use. So, I thought I'd try these, even though they cost considerably more. They were a little cumbersome to install at first. I had trouble getting them to stay in place while stretching them over the length of the armrests at first. But I finally did get them installed, as so far they are great. The padded cushioning feels more natural and much more comfortable than the others, and they look better as well. My only complaint is that by stretching them lengthwise, the width shortens, and they don't quite cover the armrest completely. But it's not that noticeable while sitting in the chair. I noticed another reviewer removed the armrests and stapled these cushions in place. That won't work in this RealSpace chair because the covers aren't long enough, or wide enough to stretch under the existing pads, unless the padding in the covers aren't used. But then, in my case, the purpose would be defeated.

perfect for my Serta Chair. My arm rests were starting to crack, so I did some research and found these pads. They fit perfectly and come with a cushion insert. The insert is comfy, but makes my arms too high, so I removed them and it's perfect! Not the cheapest on the market, but good quality (I don't want the cheapest)! Highly recommended!

The arms on our home office chair were peeling off badly. These covers fit nicely and were easy to put on. They seem to stay in place without problem. The material is thick with a slight bit of padding. The covers shipped with foam inserts. I don’t know if that was just to maintain shape during shipping, or if they are intended to add extra padding to the chair arms under the covers. I didn’t find them necessary and just tossed them.

Hard to keep it on the arms. Overpriced.

I am so glad that I found and purchased these arm pad covers! These arm pad covers fit great, look great, feel great, and when installed appear to be the original arm pad material installed by the chair manufacturer. After removing each actual arm pad from the chair arms, I fitted the cover (excluding the foam insert) over the worn and flaking original arm pad material, and then reinstalled each arm pad onto the chair arms, which also secured and hid the elastic band of the cover on the underside of each arm pad. My wife and I are so pleased with the outcome, and this is much less expensive than having to purchase an entire chair as a replacement (since our chair model is no longer manufactured or sold). I highly recommend these!

IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH PLEASE DO NOT BUY!!!! I put these on my chair on Friday morning at 7 am. I kept smelling a chemical smell but I was so busy with work I ignored it and thought it would eventually go away. By Saturday morning at 1 AM I was in the emergency room because I had been violently sick since 5:30 in the evening. I thought it was food poisoning at first, but then when I went to return these because I just can’t stand the smell it wouldn’t let me because it said flammable and hazardous materials cannot be returned. How could they sell something that is hazardous ?!! This makes total sense now. I couldn’t understand how in the world I was the only one in my family with food poisoning when we all have been eating the same thing.
