Vinyl free doesn't mean noiseless, will this mattress protector be noisy when laying on it?

Does this have any "crinkle" to the cover when on the mattress? We returned a different cover because of the "plastic" layer that made noise.

It does have a slight "crinkle" and plastic feel but not a problem at all for us.

where is this product made?

The product label says Made in China.

The twin size is (I assume) 39 x 74, but what is the height/depth dimensions?

I think all of them have the same height/depth dimensions but obviously just different length/width ones. My king bed is a 14 inch high mattress and it fits with a bit of room to spare.
