The leg and knee support pillow for side sleepers works as advertised. I am having knee pain from overuse injury and am also a side sleeper. Been using this pillow for over a week now and would definitely recommend it for ease of use, pain management and improved quality of sleep. The pillow is well made, and has a removable cover to launder when needed. The memory foam is very comfortable and appears to be of good quality with no loss of support.

Pillow is very comfortable. I’m a side sleeper so this pillow was very necessary. Felt odd at first but once you get used to it then it’s great.

I recently had a knee replacement and needed a pillow to rest between my knees while sleeping. I tried various pillows that I already owned but none of them were comfortable. This seemed like the best choice of all that I found since it is adjustable. There is a zippered casing and 4 layers of foam inside, so that you can adjust it to your needs. It is more expensive than others but also more versatile. I am happy I made this selection.

Do not buy this “leg pillow,” when a regular seat cushion does a better job. $45 is a lot for what it is. This has got to be a joke. READ THE FINE PRINT. This thing has a NO RETURN POLICY and you CANNOT return this pillow. DO NOT make the same mistake I made. The “pillow” is not supportive for my 5 foot and a half self. After 10 minutes of use, my legs feel numb. It’s very uncomfortable. I did try taking one or the sponges out to see if that would help adjust the height of the pillow to make it better, but it didn’t make a difference. I believe the “pillow” has to be much wider to support my skinny legs. I don’t know how this could be comfortable for anyone.

Rather small and overly firm. Was not comfortable at all even after trying different options by removing first one insert then both of them. Will go back to using a regular firm pillow.

The adjustability in this pillow makes it easy to adapt to. Legs stay in place as intended. Pain reduction in SI joints is already noticeable after 5 days. Highly recommend!

Great pillow! A word of advice, you can remove sections within the pillow to make it fit you better. Once I did that, 5 stars all the way! Great product and very useful!

I would recommed this support pillow. I have hip issues and putting a regular pillow between my knees while I sleed did not help. I purchased this pillow and it was a game changer. I am able to sleep with very little pain.

My sister recommended this pillow for pregnancy and beyond. She's had hers for two years now and it's still firm and has its shape. I got one when my hips started aching, and it's fixed me up. Highly recommend.

Can’t put a price on a good sleep. I took out one insert for a perfect fit. It was really easy to remove. No more waking up with hip pain. I put a bit of my blankets in between my ankles. I put it in a pillowcase to use. I highly recommend this knee pillow. It is a huge upgrade from my previous one.

I am a a side sleeper and this is perfect for the legs, but I also have a reclining chair and this thing is also a neck saver! Very comfortable. It came with 4 foams inside and I removed one of them, but you can easy keep all 4 or remove 2 of them depending on your own body.

I love this knee pillow, Had tried others but this one is my favorite. It's a bit pricey though and the foam doesn't breathe enough as it becomes warm on the legs after a while....
