Zig is one of my favorite pens - specifically the writer .5 tip. I liked the variety of tips this one came with, allows for many styles of hand lettering/calligraphy. Last a long time. Good value pack. Write smoothly. Can smear depending on the paper ink is very pigmented.

These are nice pens, great variety in the set. Priced well. The ink is bold, flows smoothly, and dries pretty quick. It didn’t bleed through with my medium weight sketchbook paper, but it is still visible on the other side. I like the dot pen. It’s much easier than drawing circles or using a stencil. Overall very happy with these pens!

I don't have high expectations for them to last long, but I'm going to enjoy them while they last. One of the fine tip markers is a little dry, and I don't expect it to last more than a week, which is unfortunate. The other ones work perfectly and make the most perfect line.

I’m a big pen, marker person, so these fit right in with my other style markers. I especially like the dot marker. It can make small dots or larger dots by using pressure with your hand. Nice pack.

Believe it or not the first of these I ever used purchased from a large chain 9 years ago only just stopped working. I say I certainly got my monies worth. I am trusting that an entire set of these will last a very, very long time. I am well practised in calligraphy and these are very nice for specific styles of alphabets. First time using the Kuretake Zig Markers and I am in love with them.

Lots of different tips to try, some are easier to use than others. The brush tip is nice, but difficult to master. Unlike a real brush, the ink continues to flow, giving you too much when you don’t expect it. Really like using most of the others.

Purchased these on the recommendation of another artist and was disappointed to find the set that I received was dried up. The package was sealed and the caps were tightly secured on all 4 pens. Suspect that this was old inventory. Will be returning for a full refund.

I love this pen set , Kuretake pens have my heart. Kuretake makes quality products that behave and work like a nib pen. I had recently found the split nib pen that was lying behind a set of drawers for 20 or 30 years ! I brushed off the dust hoping beyond hope AND to my astonishment, if hadn’t dried out and worked as new . This just doesn’t happen with many pens ! I was pleased to have the convenience of picking them up on Amazon as well as other Kuretake sets .
