How do I refill the ink please?

Hi. There is a. Little hole on the side of the ink stamp which you insert the tip of the ink refill into and press. The ink from the refill fills it up. Be careful you do not overfill as it is quick. Hope this helps.

When I tried to refill it through the little hole, ink went everwher except in the hole, any tips please

It sounds like the hole is either blocked or not wide enough to take the ink. Try making a slightly larger hole using a pin or other small sharp object. If that doesn't work, send it back as faulty.

I can’t see how to refill, neither can I see a hole in the side as described. as explained by another buyer, can anyone help please

The hole is actually in one end of the roller itself, (take the perspex cover off first) into which you squirt the replacement ink.
