Like the beta fuel gels. These have a good hit of caffeine which certainly helps on very long runs. These caffeine gels don’t taste as nice as the normal ones, but you get used to it as you look forward to the hit!

Arrived quickly in good condition, with a decent Best Before date - December 2027. Would buy again!

The apple flavour is not for me but that’s purely a personal preference. The product is great and I survived a 200 mile cycle in a day without flagging using them alongside nutrition bars and bananas. Would recommend.

Strong stuff! It did give me a stitch, however, I think that is a me problem, rather than product problem. 100% good if on a long run. Caffeine can be a little strong, so make sure you're not using it on a heavy stomach. Apple taste is quite nice, a bit sour and punchy but nice and wakes you up mid exercise.

Felt like an energiser bunny, just the kick I needed. The taste wasn’t unbearable but tart flavour.

Easy to eat on the bike and is like rocket fuel - gives you a great energy boost. I was 50 miles into a 70 mile ride and didn’t fuel properly. I hit the wall completely a friend handed me one of his And within 20 mins I was back to the front of the group. It was amazing. I’ll never use anything else again. Texture not too thick and not too thin. These are highly effective energy gels. I also used on my most recent half marathon and it was brilliant to use every 30mins due to the carbs. Loved them.

I had good experience with this during an Ultra Marathon, reduced crapping during late stages of the event

Tried one at mile 18 of a 24 mile run and I got an upset stomach. Haven’t dared to try again! I’m not typically one of those runners who suffers with gut issues so I do think it was likely the gel. Don’t like the taste either

Soy consumidor habitual de este producto y claro está, me gusta leer todo lo relativo a su uso, propósito e indicaciones dle fabricante. LO QUE NO TERMINO DE ENTENDER es, por qué cuando lo describen indican todo lo que un gran deportista necesita por hora. Uff, "hasta 140g de HC". Luego lees las recomendaciones y solo te puedes tomar unbo de estos al día. Pues chico, no sé qué decir. Sé que puedo comprar otros que pueda combinar pero, ciertamente, es algo confuso. Por lo demás y junto a Crown, PARA MI SON LOS MEJORES.

Probably the best gel for cycling and running. Very effective.
