Just as advertised. I take it before going to sleep. Not sure if its placebo but it makes me sleep faster 😴. I recommend trying it out . Its great for the price as well. Pills are easy to swallow as well. Good built quality and the strength seems to be complete. I feels healthier in the morning and improved focus as well.

GABA Side Effects Bad reviews due to side effects not bad product While GABA is a safe, natural substance, it is not without its side effects. Common side effects include a shortness of breath, coupled with throbbing sensations in the chest, and a possible itching or tingling sensation in the face, neck, and limbs. While both sets of symptoms are alarming at first, they are safe and are not signs of more dangerous symptoms still you should consult your doctor if you have any doubts. In addition to this, GABA may make you feel unusually drowsy; this side effect comes from the same enhancements that make GABA a great answer for insomnia or anxiety. There have been multiple studies done on the overall effects and side effects of GABA. It was found that some users of GABA were given the substance via IV, and those subjects generally experienced light headedness and dysphoria, as well as an increase in heart rate and blood pressure. While GABA is safe for most individuals, those with liver or kidney disease should consult their physician before taking it. In pill form, however, GABA offers few side effects when taken as directed, and those side effects are usually mild.

Worked for me
I've been playing with some of these supplements lately for better sleep and supplementing GABA really helped me. I went from a half-our to 45 minutes of Deep and REM sleep each, to 1.5 hours of Deep and REM EACH every night. I don't need to take it every day, but it really jump-started my system.

It works
I take a lot of this supplement. Around 3-4 per day. This stuff basically works like a benzodiazepine (though much, MUCH milder). It doesn't make you feel "good" it makes you feel "less". So if you are having panic attacks, high anxiety, etc, it can be extremely useful. I started trying it to deal with migraines, and what I would say is it doesn't make them hurt less, it makes you mind less. It takes me from "OMG I'm having a migraine" to "Oh, I'm having a migraine." Useful to help you sleep or relax for that reason. Be careful and consult a doctor before starting something like this.

通常時は普通の血圧ですが、昼間の運動の疲れが取れない夜間高血圧に対処するため購入しました。結論から申し上げると素晴らしい商品、ただGABA750mgという量は一般的に推奨される100mgを大幅に超えているため注意が必要です。体質、体格にかなり依存するため、急激な血圧低下による眠気や腹痛を誘発する可能性があります。このサプリが本来日本人向けではないことに留意しましょう。GABAの副作用はまだ報告されていないとのことですが、不安な方は量の少ないものから試してみるとよいでしょう。
