I hate road noise, creaks and rattles! It works!!
Works great to deaden sound in the spare tire wheel well, low odor so I used it inside the doors and outside the wheel well.! Also great for hard to reach areas (for the peal and stick) sound deadening material in the doors and fender wells. I found both work well together for total coverage! Two coats worked best for me, Good coverage, the sound results seemed best after curing for a couple of days! Should be standard for all cars, nice road noise reduction! Gives my car a high end cabin sound!

Silence your sink!
Purchased an undermount sink for a vanity. Reviews on sound dampening pads were pretty sad and spray from the manufacturers is typically very thin. As they say, "Hold my beer and watch this." I'd suggest the best application would be inside a cabinet, so the entire bowl can be sprayed and not show, but mine will be exposed under a live edge wood top and steel legs. I applied two coats: The back half is sprayed and about 3" around the drain where the water will make contact from the faucet. It sounds like a very expensive, heavier gauge, now, without the hefty price. If you do this as well, just be sure to use gloves (it will stain and it's awful to remove once dry) and mask off around the drain and lip where the sink will touch the countertop to ensure perfect adhesion with your silicone, undermount clips, epoxy, etc. TAKE THE TAPE OFF WITHIN 5 MINUTES OF SPRAYING! If you dont, your tape will remain there...permanently. Since this product has great temperature tolerance and is under the sink, not in contact with water, it should be a great option for DIY-ers! I'm really happy I tried this!

it helps (a little)
I drive a turbocharged 2006 subaru wrx with 116k miles on it. this affordable sports car is one of the loudest cars in the world in part because subaru put almost no sound insulation in the car so it could be light and affordable. road noise has been so bad that it actually hurts my hearing now. ordered 4 cans of this stuff after reading a lot of other amazon reviews. I agree with many other reviewers: this stuff does help, but not that much. I had my mechanic take the wheels off, and spray a lot of this stuff onto the wheel wells. three cans (yes, three) was able to give me a decent coat on the four wheel wells. with the remaining can, I just had my mechanic spray under the driver seat - an undercoating. there definitely is a decrease in road/tire noise. i'll guess it's about 1 decibel. the other reviewers are right - you'll need lots of coats of this stuff if you want to make a big reduction in noise. [side note: for those of you who would super quiet cars, change the tires. sure, very expensive - but then you aim for the source of the problem] I did use 3m 03584 Professional Grade Rubberized Undercoating - 16 oz - before. In fact, I think I've used 10 cans total on all the wheel wells. I think this boom mat is a little more effective. my mechanic said it was thicker. boom mat also comes with a small, long, spray/straw like tube that can be attached to the can. in other words, boom mat can be sprayed through a provided tube that concentrates the spray that comes out, enabling you to reach into even deeper places for greater buildup. sure, it's slow... but it can enable those who wants to reach (almost) everywhere to do so. so, I like this stuff. my car is quieter. seems easy to use. darn cheap too. buy only 4 cans of this stuff, and get free shipping from amazon. comes out to only $10 a can. cost effective, helps (a little), and can always put on more later on for even more effect. I plan to buy more in the future.

Good addition to interior deadening
Good addition to interior sound deadening. Installed an AWE exhaust on the OB Wilderness. It's a bit louder than I want to hear inside so trying to mitigate the noise. Bought two cans and it covers two coats in rte exhaust pockets including pulling the heat shield and two light coats on those. Doesn't over that much as everyone else noted. It did help reduce a bit more noise but not as much as the interior deadening of course. Planning to get another couple cans, pull the wheel well liners and do those too. Looks very nice. Just took another look after a few weeks of use and heavy rain - looks perfect.

Not much in the can
It did work well, but it stinks (you'll need to air it out for a few weeks, and there isn't much in the can. I maybe did a 5x5 ft area w/ one can.

I Guess it Worked???
Used this to spray the liner of my wheel wells. I had enough to do the two front liners. Will probably need 2 cans per liner. Not a night and day result but possibly a slight less road noise in the cabin. If anything I think it made it seem like the back was louder but maybe thatโs cuz it actually worked. Didnโt use a decibel meter before and after so canโt say for sure itโs doing what it claims.

Great Product
Used a total of four cans on my 96 Cobra. I did the floors and trunk after I gutted the interior panels to dead out some road noise. Worked great for me. A pointer that if you have drain holes in the floor or trunks make sure to seal them then spray, if you donโt the road noise will still be evident.

Very good product. When received the can is heavier than expected and sprays very thick but does an excellent job of reducing noise from the trunk, I would recommend this product for a cheaper alternative to the roll on mats. Two coats in the trunk and the two front doors took the whole can, but would buy again.
