How do you setup? Can someone tell me what items you need to attach this to your pc and how to work it thank you.

Hello, there are mini HDMI interface input,if there is no mini HDMI interface of pc,you can use mini HDMI to HDMI cable connect to pc,and input power by micro usb or dc connector

would you have any pictures of mounting to side of another monitor?

Hello dear, you can contact us to get more pictures what you need

any technical drawing for this?

Hello,we have the specification for VS-RTD2556HM-V1 controller,if you need please contact us,and we can send you.

For 12vdc power, can the display use automotive battery voltage? This will vary from 12vdc to 14.5vdc.

The voltage cannot be too high,it may burn out the controller board. It doesn't matter if the current is slightly larger. The voltage on the car is unstable and the controller board burns easily,a voltage pressure regulator must be installed. It may be not burned out immediately, but it directly affects the life of the LCD screen and the controller board.
